• Secure login and role-based access control.

Appointment Management:

• Patient registration and profile creation.

• Test requests initiated by doctors or pathologists.

They managed to do this in an extremely efficient manner and kept everything very well-organized. They broke the work down into small and clear steps and kept us posted regularly on their development. This made it easy for us to have a view of what was happening and be confident that the project was on course.

They delivered everything on time and always had an ear for our needs. For instance, they quickly added those extra features we had suggested to make the app more user-friendly. Overall, their responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication made the whole process as smooth as stress-free as possible.

What stood out most about this company was their ability to truly understand our needs and translate them into practical solutions. They didn't just deliver a product; they took the time to learn about our challenges and crafted an app that was intuitive and tailored to our workflows.  

Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond, suggesting features we hadn’t even considered but found incredibly valuable. The combination of their professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for our success made them a truly impressive partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Autex Innovation Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Although, overall experience with Autex Innovation Pvt. Ltd was quite excellent, one probable area for improvement could be in the initial phase of gathering requirements. There were moments when we needed to clarify some details more than once. Such instances could have been avoided with a more comprehensive discovery phase at the outset.

Moreover, the app's offline feature performed satisfactorily, but some users at first found it a little hard to navigate. Providing further user training or an easily accessed user guide may have helped the users adapt to the app faster. Aside from this, their responsiveness and commitment to delivering quality were praiseworthy.
