What was the scope of their involvement?
Augmex Technologies has handled the complete product discovery, UX/UI design, and end-to-end development of a remittance app for the Dubai market. This has included building onboarding, KYC verification, wallet setup, transfer initiation, real-time tracking, and user account management.The team has delivered the full backend for compliance checks, fraud control, transaction processing, payment gateway integration, exchange rate integration, and payout partner connectivity. Additional deliverables have included QA, performance testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.Augmex Technologies has built the full frontend and backend, including KYC, compliance, transfers, and partner integrations, while only using external payment and payout service APIs provided by third parties.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Augmex Technologies has improved our KYC flow completion, successfully built and tested our core transfer modules, and integrated partner APIs without issues. The team has continued to meet all planned milestones on schedule.Although the app is still in development, internal test results have shown consistent KYC verification flow success with stable document processing and error handling. The transfer module has delivered reliable request validation, correct fee and rate calculations, and smooth end-to-end processing in the test environment.Early tests revealed delays in document processing during KYC and inconsistencies in a payout partner sandbox API. Both required workflow refinements and tighter retry logic to stabilize performance.Internal tests have confirmed stable performance at the expected load, accurate rate calculations, smooth end-to-end transfer simulations, and a steady reduction in QA-reported issues over each sprint, which shows the build is maturing as planned.

Augmex Technologies has delivered the sprints on time. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After launching the software, the client faced a tremendous problem operating it. However, after a month, they reported a 300% time reduction and a 67% cost reduction. Previously, a team of 3–4 people used to take 3–4 hours to make a plan, prepare a content calendar, design content, and publish it on various media. Now, they can do everything in under an hour. The cost reduction was purely in labor costs.

Augmex Technologies delivered before the deadline. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?

Augmex Technologies' work has resulted in near-zero data entry errors, 50%–60% time savings, a 200%+ increase in inquiry management, and a 60%–70% reduction in administrative work.Even though the project is still under development, we're testing the final product in-house. We used to do everything manually, and everything was on paper. Multiple authorities had to sign and check things manually. Now, everything is online.
Our admin, teachers, and management staff are now using this system, and they've confirmed that it has reduced their time. For example, they used to take attendance manually, which would take them 30 minutes to complete. Now, they only need to check the system and approve it in under five minutes. We've also received positive feedback from all departments.
