I am the founder and CEO of the software company based in London.

We wanted to create an app and a website for our new company. We wanted our clients to be able to log in, build profiles and interact with each other and carry out numerous searches based on their personal interests/goals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and spoke to vendors from a number of different countries. Attract Group stood out right from the beginning because of their professionalism, portfolio and ability to develop an understanding of our ambitious project. Their costs were low and they provided excellent customer service.

We had a dedicated project manager from their side and often the CEO would join us. We had a series of discovery meetings and then weekly meetings working on designs and wireframes. The app development sprints went according to the outlined timeframes and our feedback was taken on board and changes were made.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have carried out Beta testing and have received excellent feedback. The app does what it supposed to do, is fresh and appealing to our target audience and easy to navigate.

The project manager provided weekly updates. We had video calls when needed and communicated over slack, WA and emails. Timelines were always accurate and any changes were immediately discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attract Group has a very can-do attitude and they carry out their work with a smile and a sense of pride. Their app development and UX skills are amazing. I was a total beginner and they walked me through everything, from setting up my iOS/Android developers' accounts to licensing for tools and anything else I needed support with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe a tool/shared folder with clients were all the information/documents for the project are in one place.

Attract had a good blend of skills and experience. They were also small and nimble enough to be adaptable.

The app combines analysis of thematic trends in each industry with quantitative measures of performance, allowing users to examine and compare thousands of companies.

What was the team composition?

I worked with a dedicated project manager, while developers were brought in as different skills were needed. Since our needs would vary over time, we wanted to avoid having a fully dedicated team for the duration of the project.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Our app remains unique in our area of the finance industry. It was very well received by our clients, allowing our firm to become more closely embedded into our clients' workflow.

How effective was the project management?

Their project management was excellent. I wasn’t very clear on precise outcomes, which didn't help with planning, but they proved to be flexible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

For a modest budget, they developed a truly distinctive application to support our business. They focused on finding the best solutions to our problems, instead of prioritizing tasks that were easier for their team to deliver. Their team had a very strong skillset.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

I would strongly recommend Attract.
