Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The number of incorrectly manufactured products was reduced by 98%. The speed of information exchange was increased by 90%. The speed of goods turnover in the warehouse was increased by 60%.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed ​​of implementation of all improvements. Strict observance of technical deadlines. Their technical support along the entire path of project implementation made the process much easier. Implementation of any logical tasks into a working function and algorithm.

There are always areas for improvement. But from the point of view of the implementation of our project - everything is super!

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of an online English school founded in 2010. Back then, we realized that a lot of people need to learn English but that many lack the time to do so. To reduce the time spent on studying the language, we had the idea to set up a Skype English language school. We specifically cater to busy people who value their time!

For what projects/services did your company hire Attract Group?

We contacted Attract Group to automate some of our business processes. Our managers and accountants had to do a lot of monotonous paperwork, which significantly decreased their productivity. Since Lingua-Airlines is an online English school, we decided to develop a CRM+ERP+HRM system and integrate it with the company’s website to streamline personnel operations.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goals were to develop a system for running the company and to optimize internal business processes. We wanted to set up a teaching schedule and automate teacher’s rewards, free up time for attracting new students, and design a user-friendly personal student account that opened up the possibility of online payment analytics.

Describe the project in detail.

In 2013, I contracted Attract Group to automate many of the company’s business processes, including a CRM system for lead, client, and payment management; an ERP system that could calculate staff salary payments and other internal processes; an HRM system for recruiting and managing internal personnel work.

Attract Group team had been developing the system for 18 months. They began test synchronizations with the main website in September 2014. As a result, every system participant received multiple advantages.

English students received a user-friendly personal account for class planning and payment, teachers can now set their own schedule through the interface, and the system automatically creates each teacher’s workload and calculates their rewards. Managers and business owners received an easy-to-use instrument for business maintenance. Now, many of our business processes are more transparent and visible, and the realized statistics module provides real-time analytical data about the company.

What was the team composition?

From the very beginning I received a dedicated project manager with a team of frontend and backend developers, two manual QA specialists, and a UI/UX designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

System development and implementation went very smoothly and successfully. Due to this, we have eliminated and automated some drudgery that was previously performed by managers and accountants. Now our staff have time to talk to customers directly instead of filling out numerous forms and disintegrated reports.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

From my point of view everything was great and I can hardly recommend any improvements.
