BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner and general manager of the leading dive and leisure resort in Fiji. We host around 2,000 people annually, mostly from the U.S. and Australia.

For what projects/services did your company hire Attract Group?

We were in dire need of a new website for our resort.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a modern website with a few interactive features incorporated into it. We also wanted to work with a company that would be able to support the site and introduce changes to it every now and then.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We went through a few partners in the past. Attract Group was recommended to us by an acquaintance, so we checked out their portfolio, liked what we saw, and requested a quote.

They created a new website for the resort from the scratch. They worked on its design, layout, content, the integration of booking engine, and more.

What was the team composition?

We mostly dealt with their project manager, so I’m not really sure about their team composition.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

We’re extremely pleased with the results. The website looks great and our customers love it!

How effective was the project management?

We’re a small company so we couldn't spare too much time for describing project details. Attract did a great job despite the minimal input from our side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their experience is remarkable; they know what they’re doing so they don't take up too much of your time. The cost of the project was great too!

What tips or recommendations do you have?

I can't think of anything, to be honest.

We wanted a modern website that would represent our property to potential customers.

They were recommended by a friend who had worked with them. We had a few companies to choose from and we thought Attract Group made the best offer.

They did web design and development, content creation, and SEO.

What was the team composition?

We communicated with the owner, the project manager, and sometimes a designer. I am sure there were more people involved in the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website has launched successfully.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our communication with the project manager has been highly effective. He’s translated our wishes into tasks and assignments for his team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We mainly liked that we didn't have to spend much time on the project. They knew what we wanted and made it happen. We're a small company and we couldn’t place a dedicated person on this project, so they helped us toward success.
