While the company used social media, it was not consistent and it was not showing any significant traction.

How did you select this vendor?

I've been aware of Attention Experts for some time, truly appreciate their approach and believe that both their view on social media and way of accrediting value to it is far sounder than any other company I know - so it was a very east choice,

Attention Experts both advised the business on what was required and for an initial three months did all the work for them. The business saw a marked increase in organic engagement within the window and is in a much stronger position to manage things until we get to the point when we engage Attention Experts again for future campaigns.

What was the team composition?

The MD, lead strategist, accounts manager and a consultant were all involved with this project - a great team of very experienced and capable individuals.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It took a bit of getting used to - as do all superb client-supplier relationships of value. Once all was in place things flew with ease.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their overall approach and realistic attitude to social media and the analysis that goes into it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of, its a sound model from a good agency and it works.
