Dennis, serving as the project lead and technical architect from Attck, has overseen full-stack development, UX/UI implementation, infrastructure deployment, and third-party integrations for the WageWatch mobile app. His work has spanned from concept to post-launch execution.  Key deliverables include the design wireframes, summary reports, and website development.

Daily active users and conversions of users to legal leads.

Dennis from Attck’s project management team was highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive. He maintained consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops were clear and manageable.

Items were generally delivered on time, or if there was any delay, Dennis communicated it early with a realistic updated timeline and explanation. They work collaboratively to adjust priorities when needed.  Dennis made a genuine effort to understand project goals and quickly incorporated changes or feedback. He didn’t just act as a task manager but rather, he often anticipated needs and provided helpful solutions or alternatives before issues became problems.

Overall, Dennis and the team bring a reliable and calm presence to project management that keeps things on track and makes the process smoother. I would recommend him and Attck for projects that require steady coordination and clear communication.

The main objective of our project was to modernize our website to better represent our brand and improve the customer experience, with the ultimate goal of creating more business. After an initial audit, we prioritized a logical navigation structure, simplified homepage and sitemap, updated media content and a standardized display of information.

We have seen a decrease in customer communication regarding not being able to find information or utilize the site.

The team was very professional and responsive to our feedback, questions, and needs. The project was managed efficiently timewise and we were always able to get in contact easily and meet virtually when needed.

The knowledge of the industry and being able to approach our project and business needs from a customer's perspective.

I’m the CEO of a retail-technology, social-shopping startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with ATTCK, LLC?

We needed to launch our MVP site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they designed the flow and layout of the site. Then, they helped us build the site and find the right offshore developers to do the development work. They also did the graphic design for us and project managed the offshore developers.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Masahiro (Art Director, UI Designer), Dennis (Founder), Gary (Former Producer), Steve (Copywriter), and Katie (Interactive Producer), who’s taken over as project manager.

How did you come to work with ATTCK, LLC?

My business partner found them. She liked a website they’d developed so she reached out to them via a cold call.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $184,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since June 2018. We’re in the final weeks before launch so we’re going to be transitioning away from working with them as we fund full-time employees.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been working with them for two years now, which speaks to the quality of their work. We’ve had our ups and downs like in any relationship, including when Gary was let go last year and the ball was dropping a bit without a project manager. We’ve got it back under control now, however. They’re great to bounce ideas off of.

How did ATTCK, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Well, stuff took too long to get done. Our mobile was supposed to be done in three months but it took nine. A lot of things that were supposed to be pushed out by end-of-day or end-of-week would take weeks to get out. This was very frustrating, especially when you’re a startup and time is of the essence to launch. The work was good but the pace was terrible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dennis is smart and great at his job. The company has great ideas, as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their one flaw would be management. Dennis wears a lot of hats and is juggling a lot of projects so sometimes you have to really hound him to get him to focus on you. This was hard without a set project manager but Katie is filling that role for us now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be patient and make sure you have a dedicated project manager on your side.
