Web Dev & Design for Countertop Fabrication & Installation Company
"They wrote things out, step by step. I was always able to follow whatever they were talking about."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m handling the social media of a countertop fabrication and installation company. I oversee our Facebook and Instagram pages.
What challenge were you trying to address with Atlasiko?
Things slowed down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we decided to update our website. We hired Atlasiko to do that for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Atlasiko redeveloped our website. They first changed our domain name, because we were having issues with changing it ourselves. We then went back and forth during the rough-drafting stage to tweak anything we didn’t like about the design. Once we were good on that part, their team uploaded pictures of our products and developed the wording for our content.
The main thing we wanted to incorporate into our website was a virtual kitchen, and they developed that as well. They asked us for the different colors of our granite countertop products and created an interactive section where customers could play around with different kitchen designs. Atlasiko developed this virtual kitchen in a way that could allow visitors to visualize what different countertops would look like.
What is the team composition?
We worked with around three people.
How did you come to work with Atlasiko?
We went through the websites of companies similar to ours, and one, in particular, had Atlasiko’s name at the bottom of the page. We reached out to them since we saw that they specialized in creating virtual kitchens.
How much have you invested with them?
My manager was the one who handled financials, but I can say we spent around $10,000 altogether.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Atlasiko from April–September 2021. We don’t have them on retainer, but we do reach out to them from time to time when we need something fixed on the website.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I can’t provide any information regarding our leads conversion; I’d have to get that from our salespeople. We did, however, hear back from many people about our website’s appearance. Atlasiko was able to implement what we wanted, and the feedback was very positive.
How did Atlasiko perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was wonderful. Atlasiko always got back to us within 24 hours, and they were always nice and understanding of our concerns. The budget was great as well; they knew what we could afford and they kept within those limits.
We mostly communicated through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Apart from their fast response times, Atlasiko’s strongest point was in how well they wrote things out, step by step. I was always able to follow whatever they were talking about. I appreciate how they showed us their plans before they went on to execute them. They always checked in with us and made sure that things met our standards.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be ready with all of the content, pictures, and wording that you want to go into your website. That way, it won’t take Atlasiko too long to complete the project for you.

Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting for Stone Slab Company
“They respect their customers, and they want only the best for them.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for Stone Park USA, an organization that sells stone slabs. We offer different stone slabs like granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble. I’m at the frontend of our retail business, so I speak to people and give them information and advice on the stones they might need. Moreover, I explain to them the cutting and installation process. I also do website inventory updates on our backend while handling SEO tasks for our Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
What challenge were you trying to address with Atlasiko?
We wanted to establish a better presence online, so we needed an organized and nice-looking website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve been in contact with Atlasiko for troubleshooting — that’s their current primary deliverable. The team analyzes the issues I tell them. For instance, we’re using Google Analytics for website tracking. I’ve reached out to Atlasiko’s resources to help us when issues arise, such as missing tracking numbers. Eugene (Marketing Manager) has deciphered the issues and followed through with them.
They also handle any other glaring issues such as slow website performance or internet problems. Meanwhile, the base project has been completed. This involves establishing the website and putting relevant information and pages into it.
As our next step, we’ll continue to optimize the website and build it to its fullest potential. We’re still in the process of collecting data to have a definitive understanding of what we should improve on the website. That’s the process we’re currently streamlining from a technical perspective.
What is the team composition?
I mainly work with Eugene, who serves as the middleman between our company and Atlasiko. He talks to their website developers to give us a synopsis of any issues we face.
How did you come to work with Atlasiko?
Atlasiko was already engaged with our company when I came on board about two months ago.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our success metrics have mainly come from our customers. In the two months that I’ve worked here, a lot of customers have said the website’s great. It’s sleek and clean, and the photos’ resolutions are clear.
Overall, we’ve had a pleasant experience with Atlasiko, and I’m looking forward to continuing our engagement. On top of that, my bosses have been happy with Atlasiko’s services. We don’t have any redundant issues or problems that come up every week in terms of the website.
How did Atlasiko perform from a project management standpoint?
Atlasiko’s project management is great. They’re highly responsive, and Eugene is always on the other end for us via emails or phone calls. I trust that Atlasiko will address anything that we need moving forward.
Meanwhile, we don’t have an expansive communication tool. Our communication is nice and simple, and Eugene gets back to us within the day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What impressed me the most about Atlasiko is their accountability. They respect their customers, and they want only the best for them. In a nutshell, they’ve made a great first impression, and that means a lot to me. They solve issues as soon as possible, and they’re open and responsive to communication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Eugene is knowledgeable and reputable, so listen to Atlasiko. Have an open mind when talking to them and listening to what they recommend. Even though it’s your website, it’s important to listen to them and not micromanage — it’s a collaborative effort. Moreover, ask questions; Atlasiko will answer them promptly and honestly.
