Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the commercial director at a medical recruitment firm.


What challenge were you trying to address with Atheva Talent Solutions?

We needed to outsource some HR work.


What was the scope of their involvement?

They do a variety of jobs ranging from basic work like uploading jobs to our CRM (content management system) to the area of compliance where they work with local partners to ensure document accuracy, do mailing, chase down candidates, etc. They work admin on four different contracts, help with sales, and support.

What is the team composition?

Right now, we have 15 people working with us doing compliance here and offshore, resources, admin and support. The goal is to have a team of about 25 by the end of the year.

How did you come to work with Atheva Talent Solutions?

There are a lot of offshore companies. We had a bad experience, but heard several good reports from others. We chose Atheva for their understanding of business here, and the fact that many of their team members worked locally for months.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested €55,000 - €60,000 (approximately $61,000 - $66,000 USD). It varies monthly depending on my needs and requests.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together November 2019, an it is ongoing. It will continue, no doubt.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our lead times have been drastically reduced. We have saved a lot in overhead costs as a result of their work for us. In the last month, they’ve input 460 new candidates into the system, building out our database by about 5,000 people per year. In the past two months, they’ve brought in contracts generating about €85,000 (approximately $93,000 USD). It is difficult to pinpoint all the metrics as they work on so many different areas for us.

How did Atheva Talent Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done well. They’re good at listening and adapting, given the chance. We communicate via Skype and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They truly work to understand the way we work as a company and what we want. We speak the same language, per se. They don’t just say they can’t do something.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes they are a bit too keen to jump into a process. I’ve had to back them up a bit to slow down because we want to make sure we’re getting it right.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Teach them your ways and you’ll get the best out of them. They’re loyal and hardworking. Go out and visit the team.
