BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the preconstruction manager at Lucida Construction Company. In addition to my work in preconstruction, I also work in business development and marketing, so I had a fair amount of contact with Astronomic during the website creation and development phase.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Astronomic?

Astronomic was hired to create a website for our growing construction company. We had several high-profile construction jobs, but no website. Since we were busy with the construction side we needed help creating a website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our website to tell the story of our company. Astronomic was able to create a website that did just that. We wanted potential clients to be able to see our past work and current projects in a way that reflected our aesthetics.

How did you select this vendor?

Our CEO researched web designers thoroughly and was impressed by Astronomic's past work and attention to detail.

Describe the project in detail.

Our CEO had many in-depth meetings with Astronomic in the planning phase to determine what we needed. After the initial creation, we continued to work with Chris and the team to make edits and change pictures. Chris was always ready to help make our wishes a reality.

What was the team composition?

On the Astronomic side, we dealt more with Chris. Both he and Roman were integral to our website creation and success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we started, we didn't have a website for our potential clients to review. Now we have a website that reflects our values as a company and details our past/current projects. We've received great feedback from everyone who has viewed it!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and Astronomic was great! We generated ideas in our marketing meetings and presented our ideas to them. They were great about implementing and improving our ideas.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This was a great experience from start to finish! Chris and Roman were professional and knowledgeable and are very talented in their fields.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I don't think there are really any areas of improvement. Chris and Roman were very responsive throughout the entire project. They were always available to discuss ideas, and any changes we needed were always done quickly!
