We went through multiple agency and upon going through selection process we came to conclusion that Astromic best understood our requirements and based on their work history we were confident in what they can do.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Upon signing up with Astromic, they begin to build the e-commerce store on shopify. They brought in a content creation team to take photos of our products and edited them. They also analyzed our product list and choose which would be best for our online store. They created and build different content pieces that would go onto our social media pages. They created promotional sales and put certain high selling items on it.
Once completed all web development and social presence, they started to create different adverts for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. These campaigns were then optimized throughout 15 day period, which results in a high influx of traffic and many new customers were acquired.
What was the team composition?
There was a direct contact we had for any questions or concerns which were addressed right away if any. They had a few team members come into our location for the content creation. We have always had the same contact at astromic.
Customer retention and social media followings have both increased since Astromic came onboard. They deal with requested changes quickly and excelled with an initial business analysis. This included developing an understanding of end-customer.
