Please describe your company and your position there.

Strong & Unique Ltd. is a distributor and wholesaler of mobile phones and mobile phone accessories. I am one of the founders of two Hungarians who founded the company with a professional team in 2001. Several years of experience and the commitment of the branch managers enable the successful operations and seamless development of the company. Headquartered in Budapest, the company operates a comprehensive and modern logistics center explicitly designed for the needs of the enterprise.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire AsiaHabit Digital Co.,Ltd., and what were your goals?

We needed to modernize and digitize our services to stay competitive by high efficiency, and the turnover of our online shop was negligible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We held a personal interview with the participation of three applicants at the same time. We were impressed by AsiaHabit Digital Co.,Ltd.'s experience and expertise.

As a test, we ordered a completely customized B2C e-commerce store built on a custom framework because we wanted to see AsiaHabit's capabilities in practice. We got a profitable solution instead of a previously unprofitable online store. We went further and ordered automation, B2B platform, and data centralization in SAP.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We kept in touch with Zoltán as manager and his deputy. Everyone else worked in the background, and we did not meet them personally. Zoltan always emphasized that they were careful to ensure that their staff only had to concentrate on their tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within a year, we have overtaken our competitors and become the market leader in Hungary with billions in turnover.

It was an amicable and direct communication, yet all the discussions were relevant and efficient. No unnecessary reports were given. Everything was assessed, discussed, and approved together, and the finished product refined. Very effective. We used phone, Viber, and Google Meet for online communication.

Serious expertise and easy implementation of our specific needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing, we're satisfied.
