Please describe your company and your position there.

Language Studio is a holistic language specialization agency that smartly amalgamates modern technology with authentic linguistic proficiency to give you the perfect taste of languages across the globe. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Language Studio.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ASHR. Designs?

We wanted to design and develop our new company website as it would help us to grow. We also wanted to design a brand new logo for our company and use advanced features in website design like Chabot, analytics, animations, SEO, social media marketing, payment gateway etc.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a simple, user friendly website for our company. Our website should showcase all the services which we offer with bit of modern designs.

SOLUTION

How did you select ASHR. Designs?

We were struggling to find a good web designer in our area and we found ASHR though social media platform. We selected this vendor based on below criteria :

1. Past work experience in this field
2. Willingness and confidence in initial discussion
3. Price point which was very competitive
4. Sample designs

Describe the project in detail.

After the selection on the vendor, we had a series of discussion on our goals and objectives. Within 7 days we recived mockups and 3 themes for our website. After further round of discussion we fianlized the design of home page and dicussed on designs for other pages. Vendor came back to us with new animations on different pages, different forms, wireframes etc.

What was the team composition?

Throughout our journey with the vendor, we always has a project manager and a senior developer on all our discussions. Also I was been told there are other resources are also working in background for testing, designing, and development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very happy with the services offered by ASHR on all front as it went beyond our expectations. We continues to hear positive feedback on the usability from our customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We regularly connect with ASHR project manager for frequent updates. We connect over Google-Meet on a weekly basis. Overall I was impressed of the team for the timely delivery of all our goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really liked about the expertise of the website designer as she is the master in her field. Overall it was a collaborative and positive experience with the team. I will certainly engage with this team in future for any website needs and would definately recommend across my network.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can be done faster but we were impressed with their quality work and collaborative working.

I was in constant touch with both the logo designer and the web designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team maintained time and arranged meetings over zoom to discuss designs, colours and also took time to understand my requirements. Things that didn't fit my taste were immediately changed or recommended with some great designs

Was effective enough. The timings matched and adjusted as per requirements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication, knowledge on market and designs, and the effort they made were impressive.
