When placing an order, the user can apply a promotional code, select online payment and where to send the goods (payment and delivery services work through the API). For managers, there is an administrative panel for managing the site. Also, there are CRM integrations.

It has its own retail store for the sale of spare parts, an online store, as well as an office-warehouse that has about 30,000 items of goods.

There is quantitative accounting and if the goods are over, the client can leave a request, and we will notify him when the goods appear.

There are personal offers (depending on what products the client has bought or viewed), there are sections “hits of sales”, “discounts”, “new items”, “viewed products”, there is also a user's personal account with a history of sales, personal offers and a loyalty system In the personal account there are 3 groups of users with their own prices for goods (retail, wholesale and large wholesale). For site managers, there is an administrative panel for order processing and accounting.

There are three languages versions of the site (UA, RU, ENG ), also different currencies (UAN, USD , EUR) and synchronization to external sites for sale and accounting.

We had extensions for Google Chrome that users download, but there was no clear process administration. First, Asabix and We have developed a schedule of tariff plans for our clients, depending on the range of services provided. Further, a personal account was developed and payment systems were connected.

Simultaneously/ at the same time, an API was written to receive data from the extension. Second, a control and management system was made for our managers: payment schedules, statistics on subscriptions and customers, keep reports, and more.

At the moment, all our processes have become clearer and more transparent thanks to automation. We continue to work with Asabix and add new options.
