Lorins Patis Social Media Image

Lorins Patis Social Media

Lorins reached out to us, asking for a proposal for social media marketing. When it was decided that they would be needing our services, we quickly got to work. We first met up with them and then they briefed us on their goals with social media marketing. We had a few questions for them during our meeting in order to further strengthen our understanding of their brand and to ensure that their vision for this project was ours as

well.

After our meeting, our team worked and studied their market as well as the company itself and made sure to tailor the strategy specifically for them and their current need in order to meet their goals.

After conceptualizing our strategy, we presented it to the Lorins team and got their feedback. They gave us a few points to work on and improve. When everything was settled and finalized, we were able to push through and start the social media campaign.

It’s important to note that this was a big deal mainly because prior to consulting with us, they were already far behind their own updates for almost 9 months. When we came into the picture, we gave them a more professional yet approachable look through our social media post concepts.

AVP of RT&Co. DigIT

RT&Co. DigIT is one of the new affiliate companies of Reyes Tacandong & Co. We have produced and animated their audio visual presentation (AVP) for their launching event. It was a combination of their Corporate Photoshoot and animated graphics. Considering this as a rush project, we have also used stock videos that may represent their company. Overall output, the client was happy with the final video.

Sun Run Marketing Materials Image

Sun Run Marketing Materials

Sun Run is a conceptual graphic design poster we created for an interested client that wanted to advertise a fun run gathering but wanted a “graphic-design-only” style. All the details were kept secret and so dummy texts were used for these designs. We created three different designs to showcase some of the different design styles we are able to do.

LaForma Magazine Design Image

LaForma Magazine Design

As part of our standard process, we set a meeting with LaForma to discuss the plans and directions they would like to go for the specific year. We provide design studies and discuss with them what would and wouldn’t work.

Working with LaForma for 3 years has given us a deeper understanding on how to handle the project and what they expect from us. Because the catalogue is data heavy, we make sure to have

constant communication with the person-in-charge. This helps both us and LaForma to correct and finalize the data early on in the production of the catalogue.

As an outcome, we are able to provide LaForma a new product catalogue that is bold and contemporary, both without compromising the correctness of the product data; showcasing their newest line up for the year.

In addition, establishing a good working relationship with LaForma helped us improve our process and how we can apply it to other projects.

Buko Foods UK Image

Buko Foods UK

A presentation of the company’s background and services was laid out to the client to further understand Artzap Studio’s capabilities. A questionnaire was given to the client to guide the team of the creative direction the company wants for their website. The owners were presented with 3 design studies to choose from. A series of online and personal meetings were held to finalize the design revisions. After coming up with a

final design to be developed, 20 business days were allotted for the development of the final Buko Website and newspaper ad. The Website and newspaper Ad were simple and straightforward yet informative. The design approach was leaning towards the minimalist and modern.
Aegis Website Image

Aegis Website

Aegis Detailing knew the importance of having a responsive, yet informative and creative website will help them reach their target market. For this reason, they have consulted with us to come up with a website that will represent them online.

We had a discussion with the owner on his visions for the website. We have provided design studies, finalized a chosen style, and improved and perfected it as we went

along. In order for the whole website’s idea to take shape, we needed to have customized images to go along with the website. For this reason, we have also provided them with Photography services, focusing and showcasing their services in a creative light.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing coordinator at a B2B Australian furniture wholesaler.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Artzap Studio ?

We needed help created our annual product catalogue.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They create our annual 200-page catalogue. We have a large product collection of about 2,000 products, and every year we do a printed catalogue for our business clients. We provide them with a brief of what we want the catalogue to look like, along with data, and images, and they pull it all together in a final printed document for us.

What is the team composition?

I have one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Artzap Studio ?

They were referred to us. They gave us a lot of confidence, a strong team, and we liked their previous work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invest a bit over $2,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We love how smooth the process is, and we’ve gone back to them every year since. Our trade clients say this is one of the best catalogues they receive. They love the visuals, and how easy it is to use. They’ve managed to balance a practical product with a beautiful product.

How did Artzap Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic. They’ve been really effective, and they take all of my ideas and data and takes that through to the design team. We use a messaging service because of the time difference. They’re always on schedule or ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We love their work. I’ve given them a vague design idea, and they’ve been able to take that to the team and capture it physically. They’ve sent back some selections so that we can see our idea, visually. It’s been really effective. They make it a very simple process, and they’re really good at interpreting what we need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Every year we improve together. Nothing jumps out at me as something they could do better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to let them know what you like and have their design team interpret it.
