Artimization delivered all five logos, and the outcome was really awesome. I chose one of the logos. They also had a CRM system that helped me monitor my logo progress.

How did Artimization perform from a project management standpoint?

Artimization delivered on time. We communicated via WhatsApp.

Artimization agreed to publish my articles on Vizaca.com for a substantial amount of money. Although they initially published the articles, they were later removed, and now Artimization is not responding to my emails.

Despite the unresolved issues and setbacks with Artimization, there are a few measurable outcomes from the project that can be noted. Initially, the articles were successfully published on Vizaca.com, where they gained little traction before being removed.

Artimization's project management was quite lacking in several areas. While they initially met the deadline for the publication of the articles on Vizaca.com, the follow-through and communication thereafter were severely lacking. Whenever I had questions or concerns about the status of my pending articles, their responses were either delayed or entirely absent, which was incredibly frustrating. Their explanation for the removal of the articles—claiming a temporary disablement was provided only after multiple attempts to get a clear answer.

Moreover, their lack of proactivity in resolving this issue is a significant problem. Despite their assurance that the problem would be fixed within 30 days, there has been no visible effort to restore the articles, nor have they kept me informed about the progress. This unresponsiveness and failure to adhere to the agreed terms of service reflect poorly on their project management and customer relations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Regrettably, the negative outcomes of this collaboration overwhelmingly overshadowed any potential benefits. The most glaring issue is the complete removal of my articles from Vizaca.com, directly contravening our agreement for permanent publication. This not only undermines the integrity of the initial deal but also renders all the effort and financial investment futile. 

Artimization's communication was severely lacking. Their delayed and often vague responses left me in the dark for extended periods, causing significant frustration and anxiety. The assurance that the problem with the website would be resolved within 30 days has proven to be false, with no visible actions taken to restore the articles or uphold their commitment.

Moreover, the de-indexing of Vizaca.com by Google raises serious questions about the platform's reliability and the quality of Artimization's network. This situation could indicate deeper issues with their partner sites and overall business operations. The failure to deliver on their promises not only affected my project but also put my professional reputation at risk.

In nutshell, the collaboration with Artimization resulted in lost time, wasted resources, and unmet expectations. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unfulfilled agreements have significantly damaged my trust in their services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Artimization could have done differently?

Given the various challenges encountered during this collaboration, there are several key areas where Artimization could improve their services. Firstly, enhancing their communication is crucial. Regular, transparent updates about the status of projects and swift responses to client inquiries would help build trust and ensure client satisfaction. Clear communication about any issues or delays, along with a proactive approach to solving problems, would significantly improve the client experience.

Secondly, Artimization should focus on developing a more reliable network of publication platforms. The issue with Vizaca.com's de-indexing by Google not only affected the project's success but also called into question the reliability of their platform partners. Reinforcing due diligence processes to ensure the quality and stability of these platforms would mitigate such risks in the future.

Focusing on sustained customer support post-publication is vital. Ensuring that the client's content remains live and addressing any issues that arise promptly would help preserve the project's value and uphold the company's commitments. Regular follow-ups and ongoing support can turn potential negative outcomes into opportunities for reinforcing client relationships and trust.

Lastly, they have to quit their scamming habit to get successful in their field.

We got into an agreement initially for 150 articles to be published on Vizaca.com in one year with a promise of permanent placement.

They published all of my articles in time but later on, I don't know what happened they deleted my article from the website Vizaca.com, and upon my inquiry, their co-founder talked to me rudely and refused to restore my articles for which they got paid.

On my further follow-up, they stopped responding to my emails, blocked my phone number and lastly also blocked me on LinkedIn. Unfortunately, this company Artimization did a scam of $1699 with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before payment they were so good but once i did payment there response rate got so low.
They sold me Vizaca.com VIP membership against $1699 with a promise of permanent placement of articles on the site. But once i paid them upfront they deleted my all articles in few months. When i contacted them, their Co Founder Mr Haris talked very arrogantly and instead of offering me refund with compensation he blocked my number. This is exactly how scammers behave. If any one need proofs i'll happy to provide.
