Due to the specifics of the design, standard HubSpot modules and widgets were not suitable, so the team created their own modules that met our requirements. Artilab also transferred all the articles from the old site and made the necessary redirects at our request. The site was thoroughly tested several times to make sure everything worked perfectly. We were very pleased with the result and the team's work.

Before starting work, the Artilab team conducted a detailed audit of the website, identifying a total of 35 technical and visual bugs, which were then taken into account. Some pages especially needed fixes and updates. The home page looked outdated and resembled a document rather than a website.
There were quite a few broken buttons, which made it impossible for customers to perform targeted actions on the site. There were errors in the shopping cart. So the team performed a partial redesign and corrected logical and technical errors.
They did a great job with this task, and I was very pleased with the result. One of the main tasks was to create a discount functionality when selecting a certain quantity of goods. For example, when you choose from 15 to 25 envelopes, you get a 5-cent discount, from 25 to 35 - 10 cents, and so on.

Our website was being developed, but the previous vendor could not complete the project, so we turned to Artilab to get our online store up and running. After discussion and technical audit by the team, we decided to redesign the main pages: home page, product page, and catalog.
In the work taken on these pages, along with this, the team fixed bugs that arose after the previous developer. Also, the work of the shopping cart on the site was fixed, as this main feature simply did not work. The developers improved the work of the shopping cart, rewriting the functionality almost from scratch, and now everything works perfectly.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The most important result is a ready online store with all the necessary features and integrations that help us sell our product. Artilab had also developed an excellent gallery of products and integration with Monobank for convenient payment.
The team conducted all the required testing from start to finish to make sure that the customer's journey from selection to purchase would be perfect. Now, our website is being maintained by Artilab to ensure that there is no possibility of any breakdown during its operation.

We really liked the way internal management and delivery processes are handled in the company. Everyone involved in the process is a professional. Everything was fair and transparent. We received reports and results on time and communicated at a convenient time for us. Any difficulties that arose were resolved in a matter of minutes. We were also pleased that the team was very flexible and responded well to our requests for changes.

The main task we asked Artilab to carry out was to develop a new website for our organization. It was especially important for us that the website had a modern design and easy navigation. We also expected fast loading speed and overall excellent performance. The work also included migrating a lot of content from our old website.

Artilab really surprised us with the results of their work. Their technical team demonstrated a high level of professionalism by developing a fast-loading website and transferring all the necessary data in a quality manner. According to Google PageSpeed, the page load speed reached 97 points and was in the green zone, which is a significant achievement. Website owners know how difficult this is to achieve and how rare it is for web developers to deliver such results.
Thanks to the new design, our website has been enriched with many new blog categories and pages, making it much easier to interact with visitors.

I can describe this team as those who can be relied upon at all project stages. Starting with communication and project evaluation, it was clear that there were no tricks, we would get what we expected on time and for the amount we had agreed upon. Communication was enjoyable, open, and transparent. We were delighted that the speed of response to our requests was breakneck, which allowed us to solve any issues immediately.
Project management and delivery were done on time, there were no delays. In the end, we are happy with the team, not only for their technical expertise but also for their overall approach to project management and customer focus.

I turned to Artilab because I had 2 projects that we were just to busy to complete. I needed a development team that would come in and hit the ground running. Firstly, I had to update the main page of a website using WordPress and Gutenberg blocks. The main work on this project was as follows:
Layout of the new design, header and footer of the main page of the site
Integration of the layout into new Gutenberg blocks and extension of the functionality of the old blocks. To do this, Artilab used the React library together with JS and PHP programming languages.
The second project the team worked on in parallel was a website on Elementor for POC with a booking functionality. The general set of tasks was as follows:
Develop the website from scratch according to the design
Set up user registration and authorization.
Develop a user profile.
Configure the booking plugin to work as per specification.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The Artilab team were very professional. It was important for me to complete the projects on time, and they did a great job. The Elementor website was designed to be shown to investors and had to be a high quality prototype. Artilab did a great job with this.

At the beginning of our work, I noted that I had clear deadlines and that projects should be completed to tight timescales (within a month). I got the result I expected. The team did the work quickly and efficiently. We had excellent communication, and I always received answers to questions quickly. It's very impressive as communication and management is so important to the success of remote projects.
