We hired Artifact to revive our decade-old small business with a fresh look and a voice that resonated with our evolving audience. From our initial call, we crafted a comprehensive marketing plan, covering rebranding, a custom website, and copywriting. 

The journey began with a vibrant brand identity package, followed by the infusion of our brand voice through thoughtful copywriting. The collaboration culminated in a beautiful website design with a seamless user experience. 

With Artifact's help, we didn't just revitalize our business; we appropriately modernized and reinvented it.

Not only are we thrilled with the rebrand and content, but Artifact's graceful and thorough approach impressed us the most. In a world where lack of communication is overwhelmingly common, Ches and Matthew overachieved in this category.

I honestly don't believe so. Our project was done promptly and within budget. Ches and Matthew educated us throughout the process and were a joy to work with. I honestly would like to be friends with them now that the "work is done"!

Ches & his team were tasked with designing a new website for a subsidiary construction firm that highlighted capabilities, projects and qualifications, while enhancing brand familiarity. 

Following rollout of that site, the parent company's existing site was completely overhauled in order to update it and ensure the aesthetics and functionality complimented the subsidiary firm's site. This project also included an email nurture series campaign to announce the new site to existing contact database as well as announce new capabilities.

Both sites were delivered in a timely fashion and within budget. Site was rated well by internal staff and received positive external feedback.

Despite setbacks and delays on our side, the team was able to adapt and overcome challenges to meet expectations.
