Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m working as a CTO for an innovative food tech company that believes in revamping the eating habits among people. My company is client-centric and result-driven, where we value quality over quantity. We are running a food tech company. Combining two paramount things in the world — Food and Technology, we are building a community. We have let technology redefined the eating experience for our true foodie customers. Through our website and mobile app, we are constantly connected with our users and offering them new deals.

We were focused on creating a user-friendly website and mobile app to launch our food tech startup. We want to provide easy to use and access portal to our users where they can experience something different. What were your goals for this project?

Our goals with a new website and mobile app were pretty simple — we want to increase our user base and eventually generate more revenue. We want more people to connect with our platform and change their eating experience.

Describe the project in detail.

We have a basic structure and requirements list ready with us, but the rest all was Arthonsys. They developed our project from scratch. From designing the layout of the website to selecting mobile app development platform, Arthonsys helped us with everything. They even have great marketing, SEO experts, content creators, and designers on their team. And, we took full leverage from their experienced team and used their services to create a dynamic food platform.

What was the team composition?

Arthonsys team is huge, and each team member is highly talented and skilled. For our project, we were given a very friendly and professional project manager who was always available to address our questions.

Under the project manager’s supervision, web developers, app developers, QA developers, graphic designers, and many other experts worked on our project. The team size constantly changes based on the project’s phase. Like, at the initial stage, web and app designers were on the team to draft our user-friendly interface.

Then, later on, QA engineers assisted in testing the project on numerous pressure points. Overall, Arthonsys team is very cooperative and flexible; based on project needs, everyone is available to help anytime.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the end, we achieved what we are hoping for. We gained a significant amount of new users on our app. Additionally, our website traffic has also spiked up. Plus, we asked for a user-centric platform from Arthonsys, and we exactly received that. Most importantly, the app was flawless.

During the development phase, our team and Arthonsys team was working head on head. So, we observed how they cross-check each code and features repeatedly before finalizing. Arthonsys QA team is really amazing; they can find a needle size problem and solve it immediately.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Astonishing! The team collaboration between our in-house and Arthonsys team was impeccable. They were always on time for our virtual meetings; they understood our feedback carefully and always come with a satisfactory solution.

They have fluent English speakers in their team, so the language barrier never bugged us. However, we had a time difference between us, but they also handled it like a professional. According to our convenience, they even tweaked their schedule. That was really nice of them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Strong team culture, excellent employee engagement policy, and customer support services are the best features of Arthonsys, in our opinion. Arthonsys team culture is friendly and humble; they let even the junior staff members share their thoughts in the meetings.

The level of understanding between senior and junior team members at Arthonsys is inspiring. In the last few years, we have collaborated with various independent vendors, but we have never seen Arthonsys like dedication to achieve perfection anywhere else. At one point, we were alright with the final project, but they still had a QA developer thoroughly tested the app before launching it. They duly believe in flawless work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

To be honest, we didn’t find any problem with Arthonsys. They are already doing great work, and we can only hope that they keep it up. We can just say Arthonsys is a great web and mobile app development company that you can trust completely.
