DSS Marine Incorporated is an Atlantic Canadian Company involved in the business of importation, distribution and service of marine, environmental response and military equipment and supplies throughout Canada. My role at DSS Marine is the HSEQ Manager and in addition I manage some of our outside contracts.
For what projects/services did your company hire Art One Translations?
We have hired them on a number of occasions to translate documents. They have been wonderful to work with- great communication, professional translation and fast turnaround times.
How did you select this vendor?
They were recommended by a coworker who has previously used their services.
Describe the project in detail and what their cost structure looked like.
All projects I have used them for consisted of translated large documents and drawings from English to French. They provide a quote in a timely manner and have always completed the project in the time frame agreed upon. Their quotes have been by total words and rate per hour.
How would you describe/assess the quality of their work?
They have always provided quality work in a timely matter.
What impressed you about their services?
They are wonderful to work with — they provide professional products and a fast turnaround.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I have noted.
