A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Evertry, an IT enterprise company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Art Lemon?
We had an idea to create a unique solution for managing an enterprise-class company, which required someone to build a corporate website and a custom CRM system.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Art Lemon built a website and a specialized CRM system from scratch. From the wireframes, the team provided full-stack development for the website, including a unique logo to secure company identity. The team created the CRM system to support all financial, personal, and administrative flows within our company.
What is the team composition?
We work with ten Art Lemon team members, including a project manager who is our dedicated point of contact. There is also a QA engineer, backend developers, frontend developers, web designers, and a graphical designer who all work on the project.
How did you come to work with Art Lemon?
We searched Google for companies, exploring various websites. We had a brief experience with Art Lemon and liked how they worked so we decided to give them a chance to prove themselves on this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $85,000 throughout the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2019, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Art Lemon found a solution that actually works. We’re satisfied with the look and feel of the project. Since the website hasn’t been released yet, I don’t have any hard metrics.
How did Art Lemon perform from a project management standpoint?
Art Lemon clearly has an experienced project manager. The team is eager to explain complicated technologies and ideas, which enabled them to guide us through the development process. I really like that they can explain what is wrong and what should be implemented.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team proposed advanced, high-tech solutions in terms of code and realization. Art Lemon has proven themselves to be experts in their field.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I wouldn’t say there’s anything to improve.
Using advanced, high-tech code, Art Lemon produced satisfying deliverables. Their ability and willingness to explain complex technologies guided the project and fosters long-term collaboration.
