I am the managing Partner at AgencySmart. We are a technology company that develops and provides software solutions for insurance brokers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Aronson Hecht Agency?
We hired Aronson and Hecht to develop a new logo and website.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to build recognizable brand and a website to help increase opportunities.
How did you select this vendor?
We called a number of local venders but none seemed to listen. They were all about what they do and services they offered. Jeff and Phil listened to our needs and because of that they hit the target of what we wanted. So much so, we hired them for our other company Stratford Financial Group.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
It starts with listening and they did that. All the way through the project they took what we said and turned it into our vision.
What was the team composition?
They had a team of three and all were attentive to our needs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got great feedback from our clients about the new brand. No doubt we got more sales from the work A&H did for us. We had prospects that became clients that had seen the old site and said they were reluctant to make a purchase because the old site looked so bad. The new site and brand gave them confidence they needed to make a purchase.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
A&H hit target dates they set. If anything we caused delays with changes we wanted to make along the way. But to their credit they didn't miss a beat and were very accommodating.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I may be repeating myself, but it was their listening skills. Don't get me wrong they are very creative and did a great job of hitting our target.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Knowing them as I do now that I worked on two projects with them, I'm sure they feel like there is always room for improvements. I personally can't think of any.
