New website, POS, and Amazon Integration
This retailer has 2 brick-and-mortar stores and an Amazon store. They do several million dollars in sales on Amazon and their stores. They were tracking all inventory on Amazon and manually updating that inventory each night based on in-store sales. They came to us after looking for 3 years for a firm that could build them a website that would integrate to Amazon and a Point of Sale system (POS). We were able to engineer a solution that pulled down all 52,000 SKUs from Amazon, populated their website, allowed for single-point inventory management for all of the retail outlets, physical and virtual. We were successfully able to do this for them.

Clinical Trial Recruitment Posters

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of Modern Leather Goods, a repair facility. We repair all sorts of shoes, handbags, garments, luggage, and accessories.
What challenge were you trying to address with Aronson Hecht Agency?
We were closed for three months because the governor closed the state. When we were allowed to reopen, we needed someone to recreate our site to be more functional, user-friendly, informative, and attractive.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We first had a couple of sit-down sessions with Aronson Hecht. Afterward, they looked at our previous website and came back with efficient and attractive ideas. The team then proceeded to redesign and redevelop a new website from scratch. We supplied them with photos, but they handled all the graphics. Afterward, we gave them the information, words, and music that we wanted on the site. In terms of the content, they would sometimes improve upon them, as well.
Additionally, the Aronson Hecht team helps us with Facebook, Instagram, and SEO to make sure that people can find us very quickly. We also shoot videos and pictures of what we do, and they post these on our Instagram. Most of our ongoing efforts are focused on this.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is the owner, but we work with 3-4 people, one of whom is a social media advertising expert.
How did you come to work with Aronson Hecht Agency?
We searched for a small agency that could help us with the website redesign. After careful consideration, we decided on Aronson Hecht because they seemed like sharp people and their reviews were stellar. They then gave price ranges so that we could pick and choose the services we required.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $20,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Overall, Aronson Hecht’s efforts have been exceedingly successful. At the start of the project, we started with almost no sales, and within 3-4 months, our monthly sales increased to $60,000. Additionally, we’ve gotten great comments from customers about how much they love our site and its ease of use. Their media and marketing campaigns are very effective, too. We always come up at the number one spot whenever anyone searches for the type of repairs we offer. They’ve brought in a lot of work for us.
How did Aronson Hecht Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is top-notch. The Aronson Hecht team is full of very creative and intelligent people. Additionally, they’re excellent listeners. After hearing our ideas, they come back with even better suggestions. If there are any issues with our sites, they’re accommodating and fix them immediately. In terms of communication, it’s via email, and they’re very quick to respond.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re still with them because they’re excellent, and we don’t need anybody else. It’s easy to work with the team— if a problem pops up, it gets fixed immediately. Their help has allowed us to stay open while a lot of our competitors have closed. Most people in their industry can be stuffy, but the Aronson Hecht team is amicable and easygoing. Additionally, they’re a very creative team. Their social media expert is also excellent and comes up with pretty great ideas. Overall, they’ve been a perfect partner.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I’d have them improve. I have no complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared from the very beginning and have your facts in order. Have your ideas in place and be ready to engage.

I am the managing Partner at AgencySmart. We are a technology company that develops and provides software solutions for insurance brokers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Aronson Hecht Agency?
We hired Aronson and Hecht to develop a new logo and website.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to build recognizable brand and a website to help increase opportunities.
How did you select this vendor?
We called a number of local venders but none seemed to listen. They were all about what they do and services they offered. Jeff and Phil listened to our needs and because of that they hit the target of what we wanted. So much so, we hired them for our other company Stratford Financial Group.

It starts with listening and they did that. All the way through the project they took what we said and turned it into our vision.
What was the team composition?
They had a team of three and all were attentive to our needs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got great feedback from our clients about the new brand. No doubt we got more sales from the work A&H did for us. We had prospects that became clients that had seen the old site and said they were reluctant to make a purchase because the old site looked so bad. The new site and brand gave them confidence they needed to make a purchase.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
A&H hit target dates they set. If anything we caused delays with changes we wanted to make along the way. But to their credit they didn't miss a beat and were very accommodating.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I may be repeating myself, but it was their listening skills. Don't get me wrong they are very creative and did a great job of hitting our target.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Knowing them as I do now that I worked on two projects with them, I'm sure they feel like there is always room for improvements. I personally can't think of any.
