We hired Aron Web Solution to help us develop our e-commerce website on Shopify which is ordinarily quite challenging to develop on. Our goal was to find a partner who could quickly and effectively help us implement our front end designs as well as support our continued iteration of our e-commerce experience.

How did you select Aron Web Solution and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Aron Web Solution by a trusted friend who has worked with them before. He had great things to say about Aron and said they do good work at a reasonable rate.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work is primarily focused on implementing the front end designs (desktop + mobile) that we come up with. The work flow is as follows:

When we have new designs or elements to implement, I send it Sunil for a quote in terms of how many hours it may take.
After approval of the quote, Sunil gets to work and typically submits work for review within 24-48 hours.
We then check for accuracy of his work based on our designs.

We submit any comments for fixes and Sunil works until he gets things right. Technologies used:

Shopify: E-commerce platform
Webflow: front end design
Slack: communication

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We only work with Sunil at Aron Web Solutions.

Overall, I've been pleased with the work that Aron/Sunil has produced. He works fast and is reliable.

We communicate via Slack which makes things streamlined and easy. Slack is key because we give detailed feedback on what needs to be fixed or needs to be made accurate to our designs with text instructions and supporting screenshots. Slack makes it easy to do this.

Just how fast they work in combination with a reasonable rate was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could do more QC on their end to make sure the end result matches our design more closely out the gate so we don't have to submit as many requests for fixes after.
