We are a family business, a dental clinic located in central Bucharest, with a different approach, helping our clients to feel relaxed, in a friendly environment. Our team is young and joyful. I am the founder and main Dentist.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was targeting a new audience and increasing our prices. Due to Covid restrictions we had the chance to plan an interior redesign of our clinic and we wanted to make a significant improvement. This is why we went for the rebranding project.

We found them on the first position in Google, searching for a branding agency. We really liked their style.

We thought that all we need are some good looking posters in the clinic, a brochure, business cards and an outdoor banner. Our collaboration started with a 3 hour workshop where we explored the brand attributes, our vision and mission, talked about our target audience, our competitors and what makes us different and special. We never thought that branding is so complex, being the first time we go through such a process.

Two weeks after, they came with a strategy that defined our brand in the smallest details and helped us realize that we need to reposition ourselves on the market in order to stand out.

They did an amazing job explaining everything. The process is really fun and mind opening. They proposed a total rebranding that included changing our name. The new brand looks really fresh and young, sending positive vibes. It really represents us. The project included logo design, brand book, a few posters, a brochure with our services, business cards and the website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had only positive feedback from our clients, regarding our new look and feel. We reached a new audience, which allowed us to increase our prices, being the purpose of this investment. It all feels like a fresh start.

First of all, they are really nice people to talk to; very calm and communicative. They asked a lot of questions, wanting to know all the problems that we were facing. They are very well organized. We liked the strategic approach of the creative process.

We like their involvement. We felt like they were part of our team, understanding and embracing our values.

We needed help with branding and web design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Armeanu Creative Studio provided branding and web design services for us. They created our entire website. Then, they helped us with the overall design for all our marketing materials. Their team created templates for us to use in the future. They did many other things related to the website and marketing.

We told them exactly what our needs were, what we wanted to do with the company, and what we wanted to build. Armeanu Creative Studio came with ideas about how to communicate that through the design and all the functionalities of our website. We needed reservations and implementation with booking engines.

When we were trying to put together our branding, they participated in two meetings. Our whole team met with the architect and the designers. At each meeting, there were 12 people each time. They did a lot of brainstorming with us about how we can put all the pieces together.

A lot of times, they not only come with a design but they come with the ideas. That was very worth the money for us. That’s why we continue the collaboration with them.

Armeanu Creative Studio is cool. I really recommend them. They’re very communicative. They responded every time we had any questions or issues. We met with them on several occasions. Their team participated in our inauguration when we started the whole thing. It was a really nice collaboration. They worked amazingly with our staff.

Their team was happy to help when anyone needed them. We communicate via email. They made a platform for us as part of the website as a way for us to update information and work on our website without having to call or write them. They have good communication skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Armeanu Creative Studio is cool, friendly, and warm. At the same time, they are are so empathetic to our needs. They come with an idea to resolve whatever we have to resolve. They are open.

The company needed support in the creation and implementation of the brand's image through all communication channels, being them online or offline. The identified necessity came from the desire of having a powerfull image and message towards actual and potential customers.

What were your goals for this project?

For the wholeseller store the goals were to accquire a clear and easy to be implemented brand book through which to create the leverage of expansion at a national level.

The representatives of the company based their decision on given recommendations regarding Armeanu Creative Studio profesionalism and efficiency. Besides this, introductory discussions have proven that this solution has high chances of accomplising the aforeset goals of the brand and company itself. The presented portofolio was impressive and adequate for the company's needs.

We have stared with brainstorming meetings during which the design of the logo was established. Several workshops with collective participation lead to the creation of the brand book, as well as the identification of the user persona, business goals and employees needs. The identified focus points were later discussed in 3 hours workshops, when details were brougth into attenton, decisions were taken and a common ground was set for further business model development.

The composition of the team when the collaboration started was as follows: the CEO and his assistant manager, a marketing department being responsible of both offline and online communication, the acquisition team, as well as the store managers (2 people).

The store has not only opened its doors at the aforeset date, but all the employees understood the attitude they are expected to transmit to customers. In parallel, the collaboration with Armeanu Cretive Studio lead to the implementation of two offline campaigns, for which flyers' designs were established. Worth mentioning at this point may also be the UX of the online store.

The communication was efficient and clear for all involved parties, even though it took place throughtout both oflfine and online manners.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The creativity expressed by Armeanu Creative Studio in all meetings and implemented processes represents its competitive advantage on the market in comparisson with other players.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There will always be place for things to be improved, yet no blocking point was identified during the collaboration. We highly recommend the services provided by Armeanu Creative Studio.

I am the business development manager for our company which at this moment operates a meat factory with connections with key retailers in Romania (Delhaize, Carrefour and Rewe) and also a chain of three restaurants located in one of Romania's largest cities, Brasov.

We needed a professional who could develop the brand and brand strategy for 2 areas in which we intend to expand: a chain of fast foods in mobile locations (containers) and also a gelato business.

What were your goals for this project?

For the fast food business the goals were to be able to create a brand that will be able to expand fast at a national level, with small mobile locations (RV's and containers). The main objective was to try and adapt one of our old a la carte restaurant (beer house) customer experience. For gelato business the work was harder, as we only had the products developed and didn't really know what to do with them :)

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After past experiences with companies like DDB, we tried to find someone who related more to us, that understands better our needs and philosophy and less trying to impose their way of thinking and doing things. I've considered 4 companies of which I've selected Armeanu Creative after a 2h meeting.

Their portfolio was impressive and adequate for our needs. Their way of understanding and prospecting our needs were in my opinion out of the box and quite playful. Both the business owner and I were involved in the selection process.

We've started with a workshop that lasted for about 3 hours for each of the projects and as I was telling in the previous answer was cozy, fun but exhaustive at the same time.

We left the meeting with a better understanding of what we want, how we need to do it, and with a nice perspective of what will follow. Armeanu Creative developed for us everything starting from the new brands, strategy, communication strategy, logos, packaging, and so on. So, it was something like an all-inclusive work for future businesses.

My business owner and I worked directly with Catalin & Ana for these projects and it was the best experience in a long time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, the present pandemic situation forced us to postpone implementation of the projects, but we've established a regular collaboration with Armeanu Creative for the restaurants business. We estimate that next year will launch in full force both the fast food and gelato areas of activity.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire project development was done through workshops both at their location and in our restaurants to better understand our current business and the way of doing things.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed in their warm way of doing things, they managed to make this process playful and creative. After the experience with other brand & advertising companies in the past, i can really say that Armeanu Creative was by far the best choice.

There is always work to do and improvement to make, but i strongly feel that they are the best choice to make if you need brand development and brand strategy!

What challenge were you trying to address with Armeanu Creative Studio?

We were looking for a new brand image for our company. We noticed we didn’t stick out in our market, nor did we have any consistent style that we were using within the company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In our initial meeting, we had a phone call with the team wherein we discussed the issues we were having. Given that information, the team came up with a trajectory, which consisted of another call that was basically a branding workshop. After Armeanu Creative Studio gathered all of the information, they distilled the most important aspects of our company’s values and identity to propose three different stylescapes. 

We refined this iteration a few times, with Armeanu Creative Studio continuing to come up with new designs until we landed on exactly what we wanted. We gave the team documentation and a list of all the graphic arts we needed, which they then delivered on. 

Ultimately, the team provided several materials, including a logo, business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and more. There were also new website templates and templates for PowerPoints — essentially, everything we used for internal and external communication. They also created a manual outlining how to incorporate the brand identity within the company.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s difficult to pinpoint what the exact impact was, but we definitely think it was positive. We’ve received positive feedback from our clients about the new style; most people agree the rebranding was very nice. 

The style Armeanu Creative Studio came up with fits our company very well. Internally, we’re all pleased with it. It’s helped a lot to increase the professional identity of our brand, which was something we really needed.

Overall, we’re very happy with our cooperation.

The team was very timely in their responses to us, always getting back to us within the day. They were great at establishing and sticking to a plan, so we always knew where we were in the project. In terms of communication, we kept in touch with video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Armeanu Creative Studio has a very confident but calm style. They listened closely to us and our feedback, even as we provided different opinions across the group. The team absorbed all of the information and distilled the most important aspects from it. 

Even though they come across as more relaxed than other companies, they don’t deliver less quality. It was pleasant working with them — it felt like we knew them for longer than we did. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The engagement could’ve moved faster, but it was during the summer, so it was to be expected. Also, if the team had had a little more domain knowledge about what we do, the timeline might not have been delayed as well. Ultimately, it didn’t have any impact on the final results, though.
