Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the SFDC Solution Architect for the company and I am in charge of bring new features and solutions to help better assist and support our customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire ARIZTECH IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, and what were your goals?

We faced issues in maintaining our logistics operation. Managing internal operations and logistics was becoming a challenge for us. As a result, our business expenditures reached heights, profitability reduced, and consequently, we had to suffer constant loss.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company to solve our logistic management problem. We needed to integrate Salesforce with our business to help our staff manage logistics seamlessly in their warehouse. After much research, and a couple of failed attempts, we finally got connected to ArizTech through LinkedIn.

ArizTech had a team of 5. However, we had a dedicated Salesforce specialist who worked with us on a one-to-one level of support.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The solution provided by ArizTech enabled us to dramatically improve our internal processes. Now, we can manage logistics better and serve our customers with timely deliveries. Above all, the detailed analysis of warehouse records makes it easy for our employees to forecast and plan better for continuous growth.

Ariztech team is highly trained in AGILE and that became our way of work - we had scrums meetings, we maintain a Kanban board to track progress, assign tasks via user stories and epics.

Project Management: End-to-end support and an impressive management work ethic.

Communication: Online mode of communication via Zoom Meetings or IM tools like Slack / WhatsApp/ Google Chat. Timeliness: We got our project done in the stipulated time, as discussed when finalizing the contract.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me the most since day one is how easy is to work with this team, they understand ALL details around the system and you can count with a dedicated team just focusing in your project or tasks.

Team also provide solutions and it is always looking for the most scalable way to do the work; it is a one time job - no need to come back to a development cycle afterwards.
