Last year, I engaged Arham Technosoft for the development of a CRM system tailored to my real estate business needs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. We appreciate the real estate CRM developed by Arham Technosoft. The interface is user-friendly, and it has streamlined our processes effectively. However, we believe there's room for improvement in certain features for better customization and integration. Overall, we're satisfied and look forward to potential enhancements.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arham Technosoft?

We had multiple IT challenges that needed to be addressed when we hired them. Our needs included website development and support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our main website consists of many different committees and centers. As a result, Arham Technosoft provides an enormous number of updates that need to take place on a daily basis. They also developed a functionality that enables our organization to receive donations through the site. We hold an annual JAINA Convention and each event requires a new website. Arham Technosoft uses WordPress to build each site to our specifications.

They also update and support the website for our sister organization, the Young Jains of America (YJA). Their other efforts include building apps for our media committee and helping to gather relevant information regarding religious discourse. We plan on having them develop a mobile app to supplement our next convention.

Dhimen (Co-Founder and CEO, Arham Technosoft) is our primary point of contact.

How did you come to work with Arham Technosoft?

We found them through one of our directors. He was in India and came to know about Arham Technosoft. He initially hired them to help him out with his website. They performed exceptionally well, so our organization hired them next.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them close to $10,000–$12,000 per year. We’re a nonprofit organization and they’re cognizant of this fact. They offer different pricing models to their for-profit clients. We pay them separately for any work done outside our contract.

What is the status of this engagement?

The collaboration started in October 2015 and we continue to work together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were struggling with a lot of things before working with Arham Technosoft. Our previous partner failed to do a lot of the work we needed and made mistakes that cost us dearly. Arham Technosoft makes sure to update everything consistently and correct their errors as soon as possible. For example, we deal with 70 other nonprofit organizations and updates need to be made daily. They manage to complete everything within 48 hours. Some updates have taken as little as two hours for them to install.

We’re expecting at least 4,000 people to attend our next convention. Thanks to Arham Technosoft, the website is ready to go and the registration process will start next week. They presented a demo of the site last week in front of 25 people and were open to feedback. 24 hours later, they delivered the website complete with the changes we suggested. They definitely provide an excellent service. As a result of this, we’ll be starting our registration process earlier than ever in our 37-year history. With their help, we’re expecting cut costs by 25%.

How did Arham Technosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They handle everything in a professional and timely manner. We use email, phone, and text for communication. If an emergency comes up, they have a U.S. number that goes straight to India, so we don’t have to make international calls. We can call them until almost midnight on their end. I’m told they intend to hire someone that will be available to us even during our evening hours.

We have two meetings a month and the Arham Technosoft team is present for both. They help us out with meeting minutes. Once those minutes are approved, they present the schedule to our 125 directors via an access link. We’re all happy to see the work we give them gets done so quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Arham Technosoft is on top of everything. We appreciate their performance and promptness. They maintain a high quality of work and can help with any IT solutions we need. If there’s an issue, they’ll make us aware of it and try to work around it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We rarely have complaints against them. Whenever we do, they strive to fix the issue and make things right again. They’re continually trying to get better with the latest technologies.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I advise potential clients to give them a try. Arham Technosoft can provide outstanding service to any organization. They have a team of people helping clients on a regular basis. I’ve visited their offices twice and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Initially, they scoped out the project, breaking down my requirements into a detailed roadmap for the engagement. Once we approved it, they provided three design templates. We chose one, and they completed the site within the given time estimates, implementing SEO tactics to target certain keywords. The new site allowed patients to book appointments online rather than having to call in.

Not only have they created an impressive, functional website that users love, we’ve also reached the top rank for all our keywords. The new site has allowed us to reach new audiences in the Rialto area and, subsequently, increase our number of patients.
