    We won an award from the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Jakarta. We were happy with the achievement because it spoke to the marketing campaign’s quality. Their creativity exceeded our expectations. The team was familiar with current trends and infographics. They also used parallax scrolling, a new feature for us.

    How did Arfadia perform from a project management standpoint?

    We communicated via phone, email, and virtual meetings. The team visited our office after each milestone to discuss results and future plans. Testing was also on-site.

    We reported bugs in emails and; they proactively updated us during each bug fix. Their approach, which distinguished them from our previous partners, kept the project on track.

    Deliverables were timely and designs were high quality. The team also responded to problems quickly.

    Communication skills were inconsistent. However, some barriers between team members and high-level managers were understandable. The team resolved this issue by recruiting an account manager after the first two months of engagement.
