We have a dedicated group of vastly experienced and skilled professionals who consistently research, evaluate,and develop state-of-the-art solutions with the newest tools and technologies. I am project manager at BEBO techonologies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Arete Pvt. Ltd?

Our company hires them for the project E-banking for log system. We want to design a website and a software by which we can stop the online theft.

What were your goals for this project?

The software and the website should be capable enough to detect either the transaction is right or wrong,also able to block the card for particular interval of time.

How did you select this vendor?

They were selected on the basis of their previous experience and projects. Their was eight another companies from which we hired Arete private limited because of their commitment and their cost.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed a website first and then their developers check the feasibility of the website for almost 2 weeks. After that they designed a software configured it and then launched it for the verification. Their developers provide us each and every detail of the software and website in writing and also keep us updated after every week.

What was the team composition?

The project team was of 10 members. Apparently some people come and go on the basis of their need. Their was total of 3 developers in the team and a project manager who was the direct point of contact for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our project was completed earlier than the date they finalized. Our board of directors and our investors was very much satisfied with this project because due to this software and website our customers feel secure to use internet banking.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very effective as compared to other vendors. They works effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines regardless of whether one is under pressure or not. They provide professional support to the team and motivate the members to work together to achieve the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They maintain transparency between the client and their team. We were directly connected with the team members. It's difficult for the middle man to maintain the balance between both so its very impressive to see the transparency provided by them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little they can improve.
