We hired ARCO SEO to optimize our website and get better rankings on search engines. Furthermore, we needed to find our target keywords which best fits our business.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for recommendations from people for either a company or an individual who can help us achieve our goals. Then one of my acquaintances suggested hiring ARCO as they were best in the services they provide.

Describe the project in detail.

We have an educational website, it was just for general information and we never focused on it as our focus was more on traditional marketing. But due to the growing trend of digital marketing, we realized that a huge portion of our target audience is being neglected or we are not reaching them. So, then we decided to start working on it. The website was there but never updated. So, when we get in touch with ARCO, the first thing they did was a free audit of the website. They list down all the issues which need to be fixed, and that was quite impressive, as usually no one provides free services or suggest amendments without being paid. ARCO helped us find the right keywords and worked on our SEO and PPC campaigns. The results were beyond expectations.

What was the team composition?

Project Manager was continuously in contact. He keeps us updated about the progress as well as the changes they might make in the campaign just to ensure that we are getting the best results.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website was not even indexed, they not only indexed it but within 5 to 6 months it was on the first pages of search engines due to their SEO. They run the PPC Campaigns and we got 3x more admissions as compared to the ones which we receive from traditional marketing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a great experience. They were efficient and were always in contact with us via emails and Whatsapp. If we need any amendments or changes, they ensure that they listen to us, and come up with something that is working as well as is as per our requirements.

Their professionalism and dedication towards the project were outstanding. They take our project as their own and left no stone unturned to ensure that we rank on the first pages of search engines with our keywords, but also ensured that all the strategies are better than our competitors.

No, they have been a great team to work with. They are professionals and very well know what to do and how.
