For what projects/services did your company hire Arcadia Bytes, and what were your goals?

We hired Arcadia Bytes for E-commerce Development since we don't have any website yet. Our goal is at least to have an online website that works so that our customers does not have to visit our store during covid-19 but they can directly purchase it from our website.

Here are a few reasons:

2. Their designs are innovative and up to date
3. They had managed to help many other clients like me to convert from brick & mortar to online business
4. They also helped in designing as well as in digital marketing collateral

1. Data Collection - Arcadia Bytes requested for our company details such product images, prices, description, and other personal & company information
2. Workflow briefing - Arcadia Bytes representative person will explain and confirmed with me about the designs, details, products, and other features for my e-commerce website. They also send a Gantt chart to let me know the progress of their workflow
3. Testing website After the website is completed, they will give me some time to review the design and details which I would like to change and to confirm it
4. Delivery of website The website is completed and the developer gave me the full credentials of the website, payment gateway, and email. They also gave me a short training and briefing on how to manage my own website in house

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the website is launched, our regular customers begin to purchase online. Other than that, we acquired more new local customers from the helped of SEO. Everything is great and our customers like our product designs. The payment gateway is functioning well and our local sales have improved tremendously.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We communicated by using WhatsApp, email, and zoom video call. The web developer will liaise with me personally about the progress and whatever approval or confirmation that they required from me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very professional even though they are still new. The web developer has extensive knowledge and they are patient enough to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me. Other than that, they provide a lot of information and suggestion which truly enhance my knowledge in website and digital marketing.
