Created platform logo and brand identity before platform development. Designed and created the the mobile application from alpha to beta using Flutter for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and MongoDB for the database. Implemented a clean, user-friendly mobile experience designed for future scalability. Developed and launched a WordPress landing page to support marketing, onboarding, and project visibility. The result is a fully branded, production-ready MVP ecosystem for continued platform growth.

Successfully delivered a beta-ready mobile MVP with complete branding, functional core app experience, and supporting landing page—built to scale for future feature expansion and user growth.

Everything was delivered on time.  If there was a delay, it was communicated in advance and was not a surprise or blindside.  The core to their service is the communication they provide and the follow through in what they say.  They focus on needs and initiate open conversation to ensure the best option is being chosen with you and for you.  They are respectful in your approach to the project.  They don't pressure, but they will recommend based on your best interest and on time sensitivity when required.  Very productive and positive environment.  Organized and proficient.

 They handhold when necessary.  It was my first project like this.  They understand how to explain concepts and guide you through the process from A to Z. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Apptage could have done differently?

No, I felt well taken care of with them.  If I had an infinite budget, I would spend more money with them. They have my confidence and trust, they built it piece by piece.  That was most important to me because I knew I was investing a good portion of resources into the project.

What challenge were you trying to address with Apptage?

We needed support to build a branded, mobile-first MVP for our app that delivered a smooth UI/UX, supported scalability, and included a modern landing page to drive outreach, onboarding, and platform growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Apptage has designed the POOT app logo and established a full brand identity to ensure a consistent visual presence across the platform. The team has developed the mobile app from alpha to beta using Flutter, with Firebase backend services and Firestore database integration. Apptage has focused on building a clean, scalable architecture and user-friendly mobile experience. Additionally, the team has created and launched a responsive React.js landing page to support marketing, user onboarding, and product visibility. The final deliverable is a fully branded MVP ecosystem ready for launch and continued development.

What is the team composition?

We work with 6–10 teammates from Apptage.

How did you come to work with Apptage?

We found Apptage through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Apptage in March 2025 and launched in January 2026; however, our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Apptage has successfully delivered a beta-ready mobile MVP with complete branding, a functional core app build, and a high-performing landing page, creating a strong foundation for user acquisition and future feature expansion. We have about 100 downloads in the first week without any advertising.

How did Apptage perform from a project management standpoint?

Apptage's project management is good, but some delays are always expected. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

This is my first app, so the whole experience was new. Apptage's outreach was always personal and took into consideration aspects outside of app development, such as life changes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some things could be quicker, and the team could be more responsive, but everything is met as agreed.
