I’m an account manager at the advertising network BidMatrix. We have all the premium platforms at our disposal, such as Unity, Applovin, Epom, Vungle, as well as over 10 other traffic sources. Our verticals are E-commerce, Utilities, Finance, and Crypto. We work in countries such as India, Europe, and Latin America.

We wanted to increase the number of promoted mobile applications of major advertisers in our GEOs. We especially needed new offers on the Indian market.

Appska is a well-known agency on the market. We often met them at various exhibitions. Appska is talked about as a reliable and trusted partner. We asked them about the terms of cooperation. They had very interesting offers that other agencies didn't have.

We worked with several managers. Appska provided us with a personal affiliate manager. He was constantly in contact with us. He got us 24/7 support, provided daily information, selected the best offers.

All offers from Appska were excellent. We got good results and profit. We have Appska in the top 5 agencies in our ranking.

Appska managers are go-getters! They worked efficiently, clearly, for the result. They kept us updated, providing statistics and reports. We received instant answers to all our requests. Our communication was very fluid. They always found solutions even if there were some problems in number confirmation. The team was doing everything to solve them on time and mutually acceptable to all sides.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had excellent communication. Their information and consultations were always rich. We appreciate that they always picked up a lot of offers suitable for us. Appska always made concessions to us. For example, they increased our payouts.

I’m a Co-Founder at Munimob Technology CO. We do user acquisition with our proprietary apps and also work with our publishing partners and premium DSPs. Our strong GEOs are India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, etc. We specialize in such verticals as iGaming, Betting and Finance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Appska, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to find new brands for promotion. So we were looking for new interesting and exclusive iGaming & Betting offers for India. Appska provided us with them (4-5 offers per month), gave us budgets and good caps. They negotiated all the terms with advertisers, provided statistics and reports, helped optimize the advertising campaigns, and helped avoid traffic deductions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

For the first time, we met them at one of the major digital marketing conferences. We contacted the company later and liked their working conditions — offers, budgets, payouts. This is how we started our cooperation

Appska selected five Betting-offers for India that were of interest to us. We asked if they had a budget for these offers. They said YES. The cap for each offer was 5,000 events per month. Payout: $20-40 per event. We said, “Great! Let's work." Appska shared AppsFlyer links with us and we started driving traffic. We received high-quality traffic from some sources — It was OK. But from some sources, the traffic quality didn’t match the advertiser's KPI, so we were asked to turn it off. Then we did optimization. In fact, we optimized the traffic every day because managers from Appska monitored the statistics daily, shared reports with us and corrected us so that the advertiser wouldn’t make traffic deductions. In this way we worked with each offer until the end of the cap. At the end of each month, we received payouts and then moved on.

We worked with 5-6 people from Appska. The business development manager made contact with us and signed the contract. After that, we worked closely with the affiliate manager. He was constantly in touch with us, shared links to offers, provided daily statistics, etc. Sometimes we communicated with the team leader, who offered us additional terms of cooperation, catered to our needs. And the personal accounting manager did the reconciliation and counted the numbers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In our situation, about 5-6 offers per month performed well. We provided approximately 5,000 paid events for each offer and earned $10,000-$30,000 monthly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Appska team has been excellent. The guys are very good at project management. Our cooperation is still very efficient. They update us with statistics and traffic quality reports almost on a daily basis. We constantly are in touch, even on weekends. The guys are fast and polite.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our communication with them is transparent at all stages. They always take our wish lists of new offers into consideration and try to get them for our tests. Appska are always ready to meet us halfway. And it happens quite often that they increase our payouts, which allows us to drive more traffic from other sources and get more conversions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied with how things work. We are happy with our cooperation. We can only highlight the fact that there were minimal deductions for some of the provided events. But the problem was on the side of the advertiser, not Appska. In fact, this is a constant pain for all advertising networks. And we are grateful to the guys from Appska because they handled this problem with the advertiser themselves. We didn't have to do anything on our side. The misunderstanding with the event deductions was resolved quickly and efficiently.
