BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Our company is a startup, and we started our company in February 2016. Our company is related to gaming and e-commerce solutions. Our core business is website design and development, but we also outsource our mobile application development projects to other reputable companies. I am the founder.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with AppsArmy?

We required two games and one e-commerce mobile application developed within a limited time frame – less than six months. Our goal was to complete all the three applications before six months including design, development, and testing of the application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The services we required from AppsArmy were the development of the Android apps along with a backend panel for the one e-commerce application with designs.

First, I searched online but could not find a good company. Then, a friend of mine who had previously worked with them referred them to me.

The estimated cost was $2,500 for game one, $2,000 for game two, and $7,500 for the e-commerce app.

What is the status of this engagement?

Two games are completed. The start date was October 2016, and the end date was February 2017. The e-commerce application is still ongoing and will be completed within two months [approximately May 2017].

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

So far, the results are very good. One app got 10,000-plus installs and great reviews. The other one is at 2,500-plus installs.

Their project management was good enough. They used to send weekly reports regarding the status of the projects.
