We hired them from a refferal which was handling the proctoring service for EPA, they are mainly answering the incoming calls and section 608 certificationa and recently they have started working on Section 609 program.

Our school onboarding process is better now, and section 608 is a fully outsourced program by the EPA, but we have never had any issues with it.. They have been good
