In that first stage, they did some fantastic designs and did a great job of drafting the wireframes. Both Android and iOS versions of the app were created. But it's not their fault that we have since disregarded the iOS version.

They have only infrequently been necessary; we haven't always had to rely on them.

Because the app is for an online community that is related to a project we are working on, I don't think it had as much of an effect on the company as a whole.

The initiative involves other organizations besides only us. The project has benefited more from their work than the organization as a whole. This project operates in a few nations with subpar internet service, and the web platform can occasionally be too much for those connections.

Many users found the software useful since it allowed them to access the material even while they were offline. This was one of our requirements, and based on the response we got, people loved it.

Their project management has been excellent overall. When the drawings were finished and all the concepts looked nice, we needed some time to get going but we were waiting for the development to advance.

In the end, it seems that the API was a little difficult. Everything proceeded smoothly after that was overcome. We first utilized a project management application for quick updates, but we stopped using it in between. The initial edition was the largest bundle, and our options were very constrained.

Given the roughly five-and-a-half-hour time difference between Europe and India, their communication and response stand out to us.

Even though I know it is around 9 p.m. in India when I send them an email in the afternoon their time, I often still receive a response the same day, which is outstanding.

No, I can't think of anything. The fact that the drawings were finished and we weren't entirely sure where the development stood was a challenge for us in the first several weeks.

But it happened a while ago, and nothing similar has happened since.

The app is recently launched, and it is too early to quote anything, but the initial response is positive. All of the feature sets we desired for our users could be delivered by Appikr. Over 10,000 downloads and 130 ratings with an average of 4.6 stars are what we now have on the iOS App Store. Over 5,000 downloads and 4.7 stars are what we currently have on the Google Play Store. Additionally, we haven't seen many faults or mistakes in the apps. Our project's overall success was heavily influenced by having a robust app that our audiences like using in a real setting.

Their project management style is good. They’re always involved in the planning process, and they communicate very well. We use Jira and GitHub for managing tasks and use Slack and Zoom for communication.

We have several pre-launch tests or pilots scheduled before a Beta launch. To increase our launch confidence and test/validate concepts before launch, a total of 4 tests are scheduled. For each of the four tests, the product must be in a different stage of readiness so that internal users may utilize the platform to conduct both simulated and real-world situations. The project team was able to complete the work on schedule and remained available throughout our test phase, which occasionally extended to two weeks.

Appikr successfully produced the product, and they were highly receptive to the scope creeping and direction changes that these sorts of projects demand. The list of enhancement suggestions has gotten favorable feedback from our testing groups in general. Appikr performed very well from the project management to deliver the project on time. Whenever I needed something they were they to take care of it. Even, just this past weekend there was a minor issue in the app. I sent them an email asking for help. The team leader of the Appikr team quickly responded to the mail and fixed it soon even though it was a Saturday night.

They’re very much professional and always appreciate clients’ requirements. I mostly communicate with them by Email and Skype video call. In our weekly and biweekly meetings, they updated me about the progress of the work and took approval from me before going to the next step.
