Well, they care for their customer and that’s why I believe that they are quick and real fast. They had a great attitude, a supportive environment, and was always willing to help our business grow. I think that this is something that a client wants. I highly recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s always a scope of improvement for every company as nobody is perfect. I am still in touch with them as I keep on taking ideas as to what can be the next steps to grow our application. Amazing people I should say! I’d just ask these guys to learn more and more about marketing and emerge as the best marketing agency around the world.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got some ranking improvements for around 10 keywords which position was more than 100, and after AppFillip's work, my app got a ranking between 1-3 for every keyword. My app also got may positive reviews on the app store, now my app has more than 1000+ ratings with 50+ positive reviews.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow was very effective, as I have a head to head communication with Rajesh, I managed my team and he managed his team, so we were the only communication medium between two company. That helped us a lot and we ensured a smooth workflow between us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

AppFillip cares for their customer, and they know what to do. Let me share a scenario, I didn't get a positive outcome from their work, and I didn't tell about it, but after some days they analyze their work, and they found that their promotion didn't reflect on my game.

Without informing me they rerun the promotion, this blown my mind because they did the same work for me without any cost. I am really grateful and thankful to them.

After their re-work, I got a great improvement in my Games Ranking for several keywords. One another thing I want to mention that, they hold my orders for a long time, which also defines them, you can trust them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always improvement scopes for every company, even for the world's best company. As they have marketing knowledge, I would like to request the team to learn more and more, so that they can compete with others.

As they are honest, they have to find out the cost-effective solutions & processes that are available in the market, which helps the client to reach their goal. "Stay hungry, stay foolish", a quote from Steve Jobs, one of my favorite influencers. I wish their success in the future.

They also created the description and keywords for the game description. The game is available in both the App Store and Play Store.

I worked with four people. One person helped me to get the deal, and the other three people prepared the material.

The person I was initially in contact with had previously contacted me with promotions and suggestions on how to improve my app store optimization. I looked at my other options online and felt they were suitable for this project. I got in touch with them again, and we began the project.

Before working with them, I worked with another company and one other person to help me with app store optimization and screenshots, but AppFillip charged a lower price. I am happy with the quality of their work.

They were very good. Whenever I requested a change, the manager passed on the information to the appropriate person who quickly made the changes.

The price was good, and they were also very friendly. They were happy to make changes for me and responded very kindly and quickly. It felt like it was our project.

I don’t know where they could improve. I was happy with them.

I’m the assistant managing director at GAMEINDY, a leading Thai game publisher. We build our own games but work with other developers as well. We publish games for both Android and iOS platforms.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppFillip?

We were about to launch puzzle game globally. It was the first game we developed in dual languages (Thai and English), and we wanted to find a partner that could promote the app on the global market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We used AppFillip’s minimum package which included official reviews for English versions of our games. We sent them an APK of the game to try out on Androids, and they delivered a review for us, which they published after our approval. Their team released the report on more than 100 channels and provided our team a list of links and publications.

The collaboration lasted less than two weeks. After launch, I contacted Google for a feature in Thailand and globally.

We will work with their team again if we want to go global with any other of our English games. Unfortunately, most of our games are in Thai.

After the first few months, we acquired more than 100,000 downloads globally. The first three countries by download count are the US, Russia, and India. In India, the game is top-rated; it’s in second or third place concerning user numbers. We’ve acquired a lot of global users.

AppFillip’s team worked with us every day during our short engagement. It was a collaborative effort.

Regarding the reviews, their team could hire more writers with different styles for clients to choose. Letting clients select the form of the review would also be beneficial.

I’m the founder of a mobile app company called Acintyo. I’ve built a free-to-use social alarm and reminder app called Galarm that allows users to create alarms for a group of people. If one user forgets to do something, another user in the same group can act as a backup and send a reminder. Additionally, users can set group alarms for events.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppFillip?

Our goal was to make the app so popular that organizations would want to integrate their technology with ours. At the time, we lacked any app marketing experience. We didn’t know how to structure our keywords so that people could better find us or even where to submit our app for influential reviews. As a result, we approached AppFillip to quickly increase our visibility and brand recognition, grow our user base, and manage our app store optimization (ASO).

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, they implemented ASO tactics, revising our keywords and modifying our in-store description to better capture traffic and visibility on Google. They then reached out to several app review sites to try out and discuss our product. We worked with AppFillip to create numerous review templates to submit to these sites, and many of the reviewers used them to publish content. They also created a promotional video for us, but we ultimately didn’t use it because we already had one. Now, they continue to manage our ASO.

We’re quite pleased with our ROI so far; previously, we didn’t rank within the top 10 for any of our targeted keywords. With AppFillip’s support, we’ve been able to better refine our approach and have increased our search rankings, which is a big win for us.

We also appreciated their strong marketing knowledge. They created successful strategies (e.g., review templates) to boost our visibility while also giving strong feedback and tips about our app. If we have any app marketing related questions, we can consult them as an inexpensive alternative to local agencies.

How did AppFillip perform from a project management standpoint?

Despite being overseas, they’re responsive communicators and work hard to accommodate our needs. We typically coordinate via Skype but have also met them in person shortly after the start of the engagement. I happened to be traveling to India and mentioned it to them, and they took the initiative to meet me and understand my goals. I liked that they were proactive enough to do that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Because AppFillip is trying to make a name for themselves, they’re passionate about their craft and are willing to do what it takes to get results. They measure our success as their own, which pushes them to work hard. While it’s still too early to assess their performance, based on what they’ve done, we’re confident that they’ll do well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since our app can be hard to grasp, it would be beneficial if they communicated more upfront to understand everything before developing marketing content. They were able to get the bigger picture but, at times, couldn’t see the minute details. On occasion, we had to send back content or make edits, but this is typical of any marketing project. On our side, we could have been more patient in explaining the nuances in our technology.
