I worked with App Vertices to develop the MVP of my mobile app, Dentist Discover, which helps users find dentists in their area. The scope included initial concept consultation, UI/UX design, backend and frontend development, and testing. The key deliverables were a fully functional MVP with dentist listings, location-based search, user profile creation, and an admin panel to manage data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP was completed and launched successfully. It’s fully operational and ready for user testing and early market feedback. Everything functions as expected, and I now have a strong foundation to scale the app further. Completing the MVP on time allowed me to move forward with my business strategy.

Their project management was structured and clear. They used a project management tool to break down tasks into phases, and we communicated regularly through Microsoft Teams and email. Deliverables were shared on time, and whenever I had feedback or needed changes, they responded quickly and adjusted as needed without any issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out to me was their clarity and efficiency. App Vertices maintained a strong balance between technical execution and practical decision-making. They didn’t overcomplicate the process and always focused on delivering what was necessary for a successful MVP. Their ability to keep things simple, actionable, and aligned with business goals was something I really appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something App Vertices could have done differently?

At this stage, I don’t have any major suggestions for improvement. The entire process, from planning to delivery was handled professionally. The communication was clear, the timelines were met, and the final product aligned with my expectations. It was a smooth experience overall.

I approached App Vertices to develop a real estate mobile application. The scope of work included end-to-end mobile app development starting from refining the concept, building wireframes and UI/UX design, to full-stack development, testing, and post-launch support. 
Key deliverables included a feature-rich mobile app with property listings, user authentication, location-based search, inquiry forms, and admin panel integration. They also provided ongoing support after the app was delivered.

Beyond just development, they also helped me understand the business side—how to position the app in the market and acquire users, which has been instrumental in building a go-to-market strategy.

Their project management was very organized and transparent. They used Teamwork as the project management tool, and we also communicated regularly through Microsoft Teams and email. The entire project was divided into milestones, and each stage was delivered on time as per the timeline we agreed upon. They were flexible, responsive to changes, and always available when I had questions or needed clarity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something App Vertices could have done differently?

Honestly, I didn’t face any major issues during the project. If I had to suggest anything, maybe expanding their in-house digital marketing support could be useful for clients who also need help with promotions after launch. But overall, their support and execution were excellent.
