I’m a principal and executive creative director for ROI Advertising, a strategic marketing communications agency that works with online and traditional media.

We needed a partner to manage the social media, digital, and experiential marketing arm of our services.

I looked into numerous companies all over the US. I read ApolloBravo Inc.’s website and talked to the owner, which went well. They were skilled and local, so I hired them.

We’ve spent around $130,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We partnered in May 2016, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For a project we did with a federal credit union, we had a small budget, but ApolloBravo Inc. still managed to help the organization grow. For an auto loan project, they helped the end client reach $1.6 million in loans within two weeks, and they had the same rate of success for mortgages and other business loans. The digital marketing side of our partnership has had been a huge contributor to our success.

How did ApolloBravo Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their reporting is pristine, timely, and easy to understand. The owner is phenomenal at keeping things on track and delivering detailed project plans. We communicate via email and text, but it feels like they’re in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re masters in the arena of online marketing. They’ve never dropped the ball and always deliver what we need. Unlike many other agencies, they have an instinct for this kind of work and make recommendations that’re backed up by data. The team is always positive and willing to take on new tasks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t had any complaints.
