We needed a CRM for multiple campaigns management. 

Key features: 

• Form builder to capture lead 
• REST API for the same form to capture lead from other CRMs and Zapier 
• Distribute leads based on various filter between clients

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

API Pilot develop a robust crm which can capture a lead in realtime and distribute among clients.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Riz and his team were able to take our existing code and reorganize it to remove glitches and bugs. They streamlined all of our current functions which provided us a solid foundation for growth. They have worked with us to build a successful lead distribution system. They have seamlessly implemented back end CRM systems and payment systems, while working with us on our overall roadmap to navigate and build new successful functions with seamless rollouts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very intuitive to our needs and ideas, brining valuable solutions to the table. I am highly impressed with their consistency, which has not waned over the years we have worked with them. Their integrity and quality have been outstanding, our project lead Anas is humble, kind and just a great guy to work with. He communicates our needs effectively with his team providing consistent team synergy and efficiency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something API PILOT could have done differently?

Honestly, there are no areas of improvment that are needed. Prior to working with API Pilot, we worked with a different company and had a terrible experience, not sure how it gets any better than the experience we have had working with API Pilot and Riz. I can't stress enough how great our experience has been.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

API Pilot provides us with e-commerce development using WooCommerce. First, we created a statement of work together by going back and forth on a document to ensure it included what we wanted. They work on the backend, plug-in integrations, and site migration. And now offer maintenance and hosting services.

We work with a project manager, an engineer, and an account manager from API Pilot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m impressed with API PILOT’s proactive approach. Additionally, they’re not interested in selling unnecessary things; they want to be honest. They tell me the pros and cons of each decision and let me make the call, which I appreciate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something API PILOT could have done differently?

They could do more to streamline their billing process, which is a bit cumbersome because we have to wire money.
