We can save on internal payroll. Plus, we get experts in HR to handle important issues.

What were your company’s goals for the partnership with them?

We wanted to have experts so we knew things were being handled properly and by the law. Secondly, we also wanted to see if we could save money by going this route versus hiring internal help.

Billing was set up with quarterly payments. The more hires and people, the more the bill increased.

We did lots of research via colleagues, whiteboards, conferences, and internet searching.
