Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder of Baby Jalebi . We are an email commerce based baby retail brand . We manufacture and sell baby linen , diaper bags , backpacks and more via our website and ship across India & worldwide .

For what projects/services did your company hire The AntiAlias ?

We used anti alias to initially to redo the look of our current website and make some changes in a Magento background , subsequently we developed a full website with its own backend and re launched again in 2018.

What were your goals for this project?

To make out website more seamless , more attractive and user friendly and in turn generate more sales .

I found them online through another website and recommendations. After speaking with the team and Bedding adequately impressed that they would be able to deliver went ahead with the.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They developed the backend and interface of our website as per our requirements. First the wire frame and then the rest . At each stage they kept us in the loop and we're open to changes and understanding our needs.

What was the team composition?

We interact with several members of anti alias - from the coders to the owners. Though people have come and gone over the years we have always had a point person and have had no issue in getting out problems resolved .

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Overall Anti alias helped us achieve the look and backend for our website and in turn helped our sales . We are constantly thinking if new ways to improve and add features that help our sales and they are with us on that .

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Anti alias has been delivering on their promises , if we have had delays they let us know in advance . Overall happy with their performance .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are always fluid with changes for our website and if not we try and find a solution together. If we had any issue, even on holidays, they were quick to respond and tackle the situation.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be nice to get some feedback from the anti alias on services they could provide us or features that they feel could help our website and sales - as mostly we are the ones taking an initiative .

I’m the creative director at Label Kiss Retail, an online fashion retail brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with The AntiAlias?

We needed someone to design and develop our e-commerce website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The AntiAlias designed and developed our website using Magento. We had certain features we wanted, such as payment functionality and an easy-to-use cart system. They gave us a one-month testing period after the website was complete.

What is the team composition?

There were two designers, one frontend developer, one backend developer, and one project manager.

How did you come to work with The AntiAlias?

When I started working here, The AntiAlias was already working for us. A friend who had used them referred The AntiAlias to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent four lakh rupees (approximately $5,800).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2016 until March 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten very positive feedback. Customers are happy with the user experience. They were able to browse and do the checkout process and payment easily. There were some bugs that we resolved over time.

How did The AntiAlias perform from a project management standpoint?

The project went a little longer than planned, but that’s because we added certain features that weren’t part of the earlier project scope.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were flexible and cooperative. The AntiAlias understood our feedback and was willing to incorporate any new ideas we came up with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Magento didn’t allow for some integrations we were looking for.
