I was the owner of the sales-oriented business. Enoir Caviar was focused on the production and delivery of the highest quality black caviar manufactured in Poland.

I decided to entrust my database to the company with the proven quality of services because of the profile of my customers - mostly people known from politics, high business

I've sent an email and was contacted by the Account Manager. He asked a few questions regarding my inquiry. I described my needs and he told me how the process will look like and what they will need from me. I had few different options in different price ranges so I selected services recommended by the Account Manager and after short negotiations, we signed the contract. After the contract was signed I've safely passed credentials to the old account and was informed what downtime should I expect. I didn't encounter any problems. The migration happened at night and took less than told.

Karol - Account Manager, Piotr - Data Protection Officer, Support employees but I can't recall their names.

I had the data protection audit and passed it without any major issues.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
During the migration, I was just asked to provide credentials and that was all. The next day I woke up with a welcome email in my inbox. There was a little downtime somewhere during our cooperation but I reached the support by the client panel and it was solved in no time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Very warm client approach. For a not-that-technical person like me, it was invaluable to always understand what is going on with my services.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
During the data protection audit, their officer was maybe too professional - he asked me questions I didn't fully understand.

AB is responsible for the general hosting and the inqastructure. I asked them for a service where they're responsible for every aspect of the infrastructure: - DNS servers - expandable storage - server backups and maintenance - installing SSL, etc.
