Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and sales director of WYSPR, a marketing startup. We provide alternatives to influencer marketing and market research by empowering consumers to advocate brands they know and trust.

They were linked to the university we were at the time. The person we work with was doing some free classes and webinars.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend about £600 (approximately $755 USD) per year. That’s because we started with the university, and they gave us a good rate moving forward.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2018, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Andraste Accounting’s services allow us to focus on the areas that we really add value. Our point of contact also has a great foundation in the UK legal framework. She tells us what grants to go for every now and then. In terms of COVID-19, she sends out information to all of our clients about the different reliefs available. It’s really good to get those accounting insights.
How did Andraste Accounting Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s been really handy that they are located close to us. Our point of contact is always happy to travel or meet in the middle. She helps to keep us organized. She takes care of anything we need from her or hops on a phone call right away.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Andraste Accounting is really understanding and willing to teach. It makes her job a bit easier in the long run if we understand the general basics of what she’s doing. She’s happy to answer our questions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m happy with her. We’re pretty cutthroat: if we didn’t like someone’s service, we’d move onto someone else.
