We rely on them for quarterly and annual tax returns as well as budgeting advice. She’s been very helpful in assisting us in navigating grants and loans revolving around the pandemic.

We worked with another firm in the past and had a fine experience. However, someone in our network collaborated with them and had a great experience. We were looking for something a little more accessible, so we switched to their services.

We’ve spent about $2,000 so far.

We’ve been working with them since October 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They went above and beyond in making us aware of loan programs that would be a good fit for us. She’s done a great job of understanding our business and educating me on the basic principles of accounting and strategy. They were also able to clean up some messes from our previous firm, always being helpful, easy to work with, and willing to follow through on promises.

They’re quick to respond to emails and follow up on tasks. Communication through phone and email have been fantastic.

I can’t think of anything.
