As we are looking in glamour and beauty industry, we needed a fine boost in our Branding. So we decided to participate in the biggest beauty expo in BD. We hired Ananta Events and Entertainment for our stall fabrication and our stage show segment.

We was looking for a good, affordable and personal agency for our event participation. We talked with various companies before selecting them . But after thorough justify we decided to go for them. Cause they have unique work style plus their pattern of management was really markable and they know how to come up with a planning within a significant budget.

Basically as we work with many Higher Beauty Brands so we needed to focus all of them. That's why our main target was to let our audience and visitors know that we have just the right things for them. So we needed much Branding and eye catching logos , LED , design, interior, show case etc. Also we needed some knowledgeable people to help us with our sell . They even provided that with really professional candidates in a very affordable budget.

Our main communicate was with the CEO and CMO of this company. But at least 12 people was working with us on field. 10 was Field worker and 2 of them was operation managers.

With their help , our team was able to show case our stall very professionally. Also it saved us a lot of time. Especially their technical team was supportive and professional at their work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We regularly talk through WhatsApp and Skype. Tho due to time schedule we couldn't get many chance to talk in person. But their operation team was always in touch. They was always on time, did their work sufficiently. Even we changed some keen details during stall fabrication, they did cope up with that very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are capable enough to face challenges and know how to overcome problems. They instantly solved many issues in a smart way and informed us as quick as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We felt they can show some focus on their field operation team . Cause many of them was quite new and doesn't have much idea about facing instant problems.

they helped us to maintain a suitable B2B relation between fellow companies, plus their well direction helped to keep track on our sells and it has been increased by 40%

we appreciate their persistence and care for our industry . They learned a lot and then came up with useful ideas.

They should look after their field workers and teach them to work more sufficiebtly and find new solutions for solving instant problems related to work.
