I hired Damon & Mohammed to redo my website to simplify & marketing services.  I am a one person operation.  They lied and lured me into a 1700 project initial fee & 500 ongoing.

This business is an absolute joke.  Changed the color & font of my website for $1700 & put such a huge popup that no one could even access the website and I am forward informed more of this for months and it was never resolved. I had to renew my three-year website renewal for $600 which they told me that wicks would be a great site for them to work on which, after the fact did not turn out to be so and they wanted to switch directions and go with WordPress instead that never actually got done either so I wasted money on that as well. They promised me the world and delivered absolutely nothing and after eight months of going back-and-forth feeling like I was living in the twilight zone Damon finally called and apologized for how horrible the project had been going.  my biggest issue with this company is that no point in telling me what I needed to do to set up services with them was to verify my business location through Google, which was never done. I spent 10 hours of my time trying to get my business location verified, but they intentionally omitted this information to drag almost $5000 out of me so nothing could happen.  if they had informed me that my business need to be verified on Google before that they could do anything I would've never signed up for them because there was no way for me to verify my business through Google and it took a year for them to figure this out.  I was given the absolute runaround on everything. These people kept passing me off from person to person the guy in India a guy in Canada, a guy in Puerto Rico. They outsourced me to three different people that I had to re-explain how I felt like I was being scammed and given the runaround and I was living in a twilight zone because nothing was actually getting done, but yet they were still wanting to charge me more money.  When Damon called two months ago to apologize for how horribly the service had gone because no service was actually delivered because I threatened to sue them and to dispute all of the charges that they had charged me through my American Express account and then he promised me the world was going to give me eight months of free marketing that I had already paid for and he was going to correct all of the issues. Well, it's been two months and he has absolutely ghosted me in every single form him and all of his employees.  Horrible do your research before hiring people do not hire these people.

they delivered nothing on time. Communication was always delayed by a week. I only got communication on a Friday where I couldn't directly respond back and keep communication going and then I would receive a following email regarding the previous week the following Friday it was an absolute nightmare. They delivered nothing. My website looks like trash. There's still a pop-up blocker that you can't get around to access my website through mobile he promised me that he would refund me the money that I spent to renew my website through wicks and that they were going to move forward with a WordPress website none of that actually happened because those were all the promises that were made over the phone two months ago before I was ghosted by the company.  When Damon called two months ago, he sent me the full transcript of our conversation where he told me that I was entitled to a refund, and that he would like my one more chance to re-earn my business and to really prove that he was going to do things right this time around and I gave them the opportunity and I should have absolutely never ever done that Because he's just trying to drag this process out longer and longer and longer and now I'm gonna have to take him to small claims court

Everything can be improved their communication. They're actually muting deadlines them not scamming people then following through them not taking on more work than they can actually deliver and do the list goes on and on and on do not hire these people

Their off-page optimization efforts included acquiring high-quality backlinks as well.

For local SEO, they optimized our website for local search queries and managed our online presence so that we hit the right audience. Regular reporting and analysis were provided to track progress.
