BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of an occupational therapy outpatient practice. We focus on pediatrics and hand and upper extremity therapy.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Amplify Health?

I’m an occupational therapist, so I have little knowledge of the business side of things. I wanted to increase my online presence so people could find me.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Amplify Health has helped me build my WordPress website. They’ve also implemented some SEO, done blog posts, and more. Basically, they manage every level of my online presence.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know how many people are on the backend, but I usually communicate with two people.

How did you come to work with Amplify Health?

I searched on Google to find people that could help me, and I contacted 2–3 companies. Since I was a new business, I wasn’t going to pay for someone astronomically high, but the main thing I looked into was the confidence that the person I talked to instilled in me. That’s how I made the decision.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, earlier this year. They’re still helping me out with different things.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have access to all the reports, and I can see the clicks I’ve gotten and more things like that. Overall, I’ve gotten more calls and patients, so they must be doing something right.

How did Amplify Health perform from a project management standpoint?

In the beginning, I told them what my needs were, and they told me when they’d complete the website. They met the deadline, and that was our only project. Since then, they’ve given me options. They can always do more for me, but it depends on how much I want to spend.

We usually communicate through email or phone. They’re pretty open, and we go back and forth. If I have a question, they get back to me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a small business, so having direct access to the founder is probably what sets them apart. I’ve worked for larger companies before, and I opened mine was because I wanted to provide direct communication to my patients. Therefore, when I look for a business, ease of communication is vital to me.

Also, everyone they have in the company is in the US, so it’s much easier to communicate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints right now; I’m very happy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want something, communicate it to them and be direct. Amplify Health will listen to your needs and make sure they’re taken care of. If they come back with something and I don’t like it, they answer my doubts and fix whatever it is.

Nonetheless, they’re experts in what they do, so you should take their advice as well.
