What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been very satisfied. It’s been a real step-change for our business. We’ve gotten really strong purchasing intent from the events, and we’ve also been able to develop better relationships with the artists involved. We’ve been able to support those artists, give them a platform, and we’ve seen really good results.
How did Ampliify perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is good. We speak at a decent level of frequency, and I find I can always have honest conversations with them. I see them as an extension of our team and they act as such.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have really strong ideas and helped create some amazing events. They can create strong content and strategy, too, so they’re very multipurpose for me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes they could be a bit more flexible with how our brand wants to be perceived. With a brand like Dr. Martens that has a “spit and sawdust” aesthetic, we don’t need anything to be too sparkly.
