I’m the CEO and founder of an IT services company. We’re a one-stop solution for travel professionals, delivering technology, marketing, and mentorship to transform travel companies from offline to online.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw steady improvements in our search visibility and keyword rankings over the course of the project. Organic traffic became more consistent, and the quality of inbound leads improved as a result of better targeting and optimization.On the paid side, PPC campaigns became more efficient over time, with improved performance metrics and better control over costs. Overall, the work helped strengthen our online presence and supported our growth goals.Over the course of the engagement, we saw noticeable improvement across key metrics. A portion of our target keywords moved into the top 10 search results, with several improving from lower positions to the first two pages. Organic traffic increased steadily, roughly in the range of 20–30% over a few months, and became more consistent in terms of quality.For PPC, campaign optimizations helped improve click-through rates and reduce cost per lead by around 15–20%, while overall lead relevance improved compared to earlier campaigns.We did see positive business outcomes that we can reasonably attribute to amozmeta’s work. Improvements in organic visibility and PPC targeting contributed to an increase in qualified inquiries and sign-ups coming through our website.While sales growth is influenced by multiple factors, the quality and consistency of leads improved noticeably during the engagement, which supported better conversion performance and helped our marketing efforts become more predictable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stood out most was their practical, data-driven approach. Instead of overpromising results, they focused on realistic improvements and explained the reasoning behind their recommendations.They were also proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, which made the collaboration feel more like a partnership than a typical vendor relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area that could have been improved was the turnaround time for certain iterations, especially when multiple feedback cycles were involved. At times, more proactive updates on timelines would have been helpful.That said, they were receptive to feedback and made adjustments when concerns were raised, which kept the project moving in the right direction.
