This was our first mobile app development project. We began with a discovery phase to determine the budget and various aspects of the work. This allowed us to assess workflows and documentation. We provided concepts and ideas in our initial planning meetings.

They then developed the entire front- and backend using React Native for both iOS and Android. After discussing a few options with us, the team guided our decision. This appeared to be the most cost-effective solution that would be simple to maintain. In addition to the development, they also designed the interface using our logo and brand book.

Some features we thought were included ended up costing extra, the project managers handled most of these minor issues. Other than that we did not face any issues related to work, minor hicups are the part of the process.

The range of Amexty's services are vast. They carry out very detailed interview questionnaires to pinpoint our needs and preferences for both our current division and future expansion. This helps them create the optimal marketing plan for us. Some questions aim to understand our business aspirations, assess our current status, and identify our short-term and long-term goals. Once they've gathered all our input, they compile it into a report and review it with us to ensure everything is clear.
They have finished phase one, which included presenting a report on our project requirements along with a competitive analysis. They also assisted us in setting up Google Analytics, as we discovered our previous web designer had not done this. 
They are currently working on phase two, where they will address the recommendations in the report to boost our visibility in our industry and raise brand awareness for our new venue. As part of their services, they will completely revamp our website and oversee our social media marketing campaigns.

I've had many calls with them, not because they're failing to meet my expectations, but because I often have many questions. They're always willing to answer all our questions to ensure everyone is aligned.

Moreover, they are extremely supportive and genuinely want us to feel comfortable, assuring us that they have our best interests at heart. For instance, when I presented my ideas, they provided data that persuaded me to reconsider. Also, if I found something in their report unclear, they would take the time to explain it to me.
